So, there are two ways that you can do this. And I think the first one's going to be the simplest way to do it.
And it requires you to create a new ad. And then the second way we're going to talk about is how to edit your existing ad.
So, once you create an ad on Facebook, this is going to be the screen you see after choosing your objective.
So, you're going to hit the big green button. You're going to choose your objective, your campaign, objective, putting your name, and you'll be shown an ads screen, which looks similar to this.
Now the easiest way to do this is just to click on WhatsApp. That would be the easiest way to get your ad in front of people, into WhatsApp and link them to WhatsApp.
Now you could also go to your new ad and if you have a specific link, right, you're a website URL.
So, you could get your WhatsApp URL and put that into your website URL. I don't know what the policies for that are with Facebook.
So, it's just something you're going to have to test, or you can just edit your existing ad and click on WhatsApp and put in the information in there.

How Do I Create Funnels With Facebook Ads?

Hey there. Welcome to Hopps help where we answer commonly asked questions in two minutes. The question for today is how do I create funnels with Facebook ads?
Great question. And as you can see here, I've already built out the three campaigns I recommend doing within one funnel.
So, starting off, which is also the top of the funnel or TOF, I would recommend doing an engagement ad as this is a low CPA, low budget really needed for this kind of ad, because you're not throwing it out into a conversion ad, for example, or sorry, a conversion campaign, because that comes with a lot of high CPAs, for example, high bids.
So, traffic engagement, even brands awareness and reach, they all work as they were pretty much all a little bidding. So as your first top of the funnel or with a new audience or testing, I would recommend doing any one of these four, but of course, whatever you are doing, you've used an app and souls do work too.
I would avoid doing lead generation messages and any other conversion ones at this point. So, moving on to the middle of the funnel or MOF, I would recommend doing a retargeting campaign like this.
If you think about it from the customer perspective, they have already seen your ad, or they've already seen your content, they've already engaged the amount of hop in your website, excuse me, clicked on your ad and now they've already interacted.
So now we kind of have that data essentially on the backend to now where we'd be creating a remarketing or retargeting campaign.
So, what that would look like for this example is I would go ahead and go to asset number three, scroll down to an audience.
And so, for this ad set, I'm doing, I'm targeting everyone who has viewed content in the past 30 days and excluding everyone who has purchased in the past 30 days, right?
So now this one is for this ad set, I would go ahead and change it up for every other ad set that when I'm testing different audiences with different creatives now moving onto the last step, which is right here, which is at the bottom of the funnel or the conversion or the third step.
As you see here, I have one, two, three, all indicating park parts of the funnel. I'll go and show you.
So, this one is nothing special. Really? It's just a conversion campaign. Cause the only thing real about this campaign is that the creatives you're testing here and the ads you're testing have already been tested and it has already worked.
So essentially what you're doing is taking all the winning ones or all the ones that have responded well with the right message, the right creative image or whatever it is, just the ones that had given you the best ROI, throwing them into a conversion campaign with the right audiences that you've also tested and then going by creating it that way.
So that is a three-step or the three campaigns I recommend when doing funnel or do following a funnel strategy. So, I hope that helps it.

How Do I Retarget An Email List?

So we start here in the audience section, you'll get here by going to business tools and then go, and audiences.
So go ahead and go to create audience custom audience, and then go to the customer list. So Facebook will go ahead and have you downloaded a template file if you need it.
So let's say that you have a CSV file, like our base basic Excel spreadsheet of email phone, and all like this stuff.
So you'll go ahead and download the template and it looks something like this where we have the email phone, first name, last name, all that good stuff.
The important one to keep in mind here is the value. Uh, that what value is essentially is I, Elizabeth Olsen Olsen, for example, spent $20 maybe on a t-shirt where as opposed to Andrew who spent $1,300 on a different product.
Right? So that's the value of that customer, which can be used for deeper retargeting to look like audiences, whatever. So from here, you'll go ahead and upload it.
So you'll press next. Now it'll ask you if you have a customer, so a customer value. Yes. So yes we do.
We'll check this. All right, we'll go ahead and upload the CSV file. So we'll go to value and then that's the name of the file, right?
And then we'll go ahead and just make sure that all the columns match up that this is zip city. It all makes sense.
So it's very important that on this one, when you have this ready to go, that all your headers match exactly what Facebook has.
Cause it'll be a pain to kind of go back and try to fix it. If it doesn't match. So always best to kind of keep it there and essentially you'll press important create, and then you'll go ahead and upload it from, from there.

Okay, scroll down, scroll down. And you will see something that says detailed targeting. Now in detailed targeting, let's make this very simple.
In this example, we're talking about the real estate industry to go ahead and click here and type in real estate. Hey, look at that almost half a billion people interested in real estate.
So go ahead and click it. And it's really that easy, right? So it's an effective strategy. I know it seems silly.
I know it seems short, but it works right. And this stuff, there's no reason to over-complicate it. If you want to get somebody in the real estate industry to put real estate in their Badda Bing, Badda, boom, make sure your message is clear.
Make sure your whole, everything is congruent and it will be as effective as it possibly can be. Right? And there are so many other things, while we have some time in this video for this, there are so many different interests.
I mean, it's endless, there are all these interests are, are, could be great for your business. You know why? Because when you put in real estate, Facebook knows already which interests are going to be better for this topic.

How Can Goal Conversions Before A Next Phase Is Reached Be Done Quicker?

Hi there. Welcome to Hopps help where we try to answer commonly asked questions in under two minutes. The question we're going to answer today is if all campaigns need 50 conversions before moving to the next phase, how can this goal be reached more quickly?
So we're going to go over two things that I would personally recommend for increasing your conversions. The first thing we're going to recommend is the budget.
Now budget. Isn't always a one-to-one step on increasing conversions, but it will definitely help because Facebook is an auction system, right?
So the higher your bid or the higher your budget, the more conversions you essentially should get, if your campaign is already performing quite well, you can do that by editing your campaign to just go into edit, go to ad set, and then scroll down to where it says budget.
And go ahead and optimize your budget there. Another thing you can do is create what's called retargeting campaigns, and the way you would create retargeting campaigns is by using custom audiences.
So if you scroll down to audiences down here, you're going to see a custom audience and create new. So go ahead and create your custom audience now for the purpose of this video.
And because we have to keep it under three minutes, I'm not going to go through every single different audience that you can make.
But let me just try to sum this up. All of these options are available to you for retargeting people that do certain actions.
So for example, website, you can target people that have visited your website in the last five days, 30 days, a hundred days, or 300 days video, you can target people that have watched 30 seconds of your video, a minute of your video, you know, only five seconds of your video, right?
So these are different ways that you can set up retargeting audiences and create those when you run your campaigns and increase your conversions as well.

How Do I Set Up Different Daily Budgets For Facebook Ads?

Hey there. Welcome to Hopps help where we try to answers the questions in two minutes. The question for today is how do I set up a schedule for different daily budgets for different days of the week for Facebook ads and what would be the effect of my campaign? for what they're asking here essentially is they have these three assets, for example, as you can see, your kind of already built it out where I have money through Wednesday for this first ad set Thursday through Friday for a second asset, and then the weekend for the third ad set.
So essentially what they're asking here is that we had three different assets. How do I turn them on and turn them off throughout the week, paying on what days I want them to run alongside a $5 budget a day?
So, to start off with this question, it's a two-part question, but I'm gonna try to answer it in one video.
So, the first thing is that you want to make sure that you are on that $5 a day. So, make sure that you are not running a CDO strategy as this will throw off your whole entire daily spend now to make sure that you're spending $5 a day per ad set.
For example, go ahead and go to the, go to your ad set level, scroll down to budget and schedule and make sure that this is $5.
And also, if you wanna send an end date as well, then you can too. So now to make it turn on and turn off at different times of the week will not be on any of the campaign assets or even the ad level.
It'll actually be, what's called a rule. As you see right here, it's a rule. So now a rule essentially is a rule telling Facebook ads what to do.
So for this example, I'm going to stick with this Monday through Wednesday, ad set, and support to have it checked off that way.
It's easier for you to keep track of what you're doing. So, for example, I have money though, was it checked off?
As you can see here, apply the rule to one asset that is checked off here. So, my rule name will be Monday through Wednesday for this, for this example.
Now my action is, for example, I want to have it turned on Monday through Wednesday. So, my action will be turned on asset condition.
Think of this as a trigger. I don't need any triggers for this one because I'm not trying to have notify me or do an action based on certain audit results I get.
So, I'm going to go and just cancel this off. Since all I'm doing is just a timing rule, not a condition rule.
I'm going to go down to schedule and go to custom. Now here's where you can go ahead and create this rule to turn all your assets on are the ones that you want to have turned on.
So here I'm going to have Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 12 to 12. So now I know that for this action, isn't turned on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and then it can also notify me if I like it or anyone else, I want to make sure to get notified as well.
So from your oppressor, create now make sure that you're not done here because now what you're telling Facebook to do that you have turned it on, but now you have to turn it off, right?
So that also has to be a whole other rule you have to create by doing the same thing, going to create a new rule.
But this time you'll go to turn it off that set on the days that you do not want to be running.

How Do I Unlink Instagram Accounts From Facebook Pages?

Hi there. Welcome to Hopps help the question we're going to answer today is how do I unlink my Instagram account, but my Facebook page, or how do I go out?
And I'm like my Instagram account from my Facebook account because there's no way to unlink an Instagram account from a specific page, but you can go ahead and only get from the whole account.
And I'm going to show you how to do that today. So, what you're going to do is some of the Instagram, whether it's on your mobile app or on your desktop, then you're going to want to go ahead and go to your settings.
So, on desktop, you would have the top, right, and click on settings. Once you Rob the settings, this is the screen that you're going to see now under apps and websites, there's going to be an entire list of apps and websites that have, that are authorized.
Okay. And connected to your Instagram account. You're going to go ahead and see Facebook in here and then just go ahead and click it and remove it.
Now, the reason why I don't see that there is because this is a test account and I don't have any Facebook accounts linked to this account.
However, if you did there, that's where you would go. You'd go to your profile top, right settings, apps and websites, Facebook, and go ahead and just remove it from the list.

What Is An A/B Split And When Would I Use It?

Hey there, welcome to Hopps help where we try to answer commonly asked questions in two minutes the question for today is what is a b split and when would I use it so we go ahead and start off on the campaign level to make sure that it's enabled that CBO is disabled since that's a whole different strategy uh once you publish your campaign then you're able to actually make the split so the question is what is an av split test. So I have this image here that kind of breaks it down a little more visually where we have one a and then two is b here we'll go ahead and call these images the adds so as you can see we have the difference being the circles so this is what Facebook is testing for example on the split test so for example and a strategy I like to use uh when doing an a b split is I don't test anything more than once nor do I test any variations uh any more than one variation at a time so meaning if I were to make these my ads right as I have this ad for a and this ad for b and the only thing I change are the order of these that's the only thing I would change I would keep the video layout the same I’ll keep all the copy the same and maybe I’ll just change the variations of these three for whatever reason or maybe the copy of these just something small where to whereas if you look back on the campaign or the data you're not looking back at okay what worked okay and what did we change well we changed the headline here and the headline here and the image here but what was it that made it actually works now we know it's these three but what was it that was actually the winner so instead of falling to that problem I always do smaller like smaller changes and then if I had to create more ad sets more campaigns to test more variations that's what I would do. How Do I Know What Facebook Ads Charge Me?

Great question. So, we'll go ahead and go to business tools here to the left and go to billing. So, as you can see here, once it loads, I don't have any previous transaction history here for this specific account.
So, what I did it take screenshots of my other client's accounts, kind of show you an idea of what to look for.
So, as you can see here, this is the page that you'll probably be looking at, excuse me, once you first arrive on billing, as you can see here, we have a transaction ID that dates the amount payment method, payment status, and the download of a CSV file.
Also, the outstanding balance you currently have now, as you can see, you're close to $800 that we currently out, but we're charged at nine at $900 is the threshold.
So, for the example, for this example, or for this answer, how do I know what it actually charges me? So, you'll go ahead and select the transaction ID that you want to go ahead and look into once letting that you'll look at a page like this right now, as you can see here, I blurt out all the information, but here's all the details are broken down by ad sets and the results for the campaigns that you have run with that transaction ID, our timeframe that you were running it.
So, here's the example of that, that you can look for. And then this will give all the answers of it broken down of exactly how you were charged and what you were charged for.

Does The Time I Launch A Campaign Affect The Delivery?

Hey there, welcome to Hopps help, where we try to answer questions in two minutes, the question for today is does the time I launch a campaign affect the delivery? great question, so I’m gonna go ahead and start off on the ad set level to kind of show you more visually what that looks like. So I’m gonna go ahead and scroll down to budget and schedule and as you can see here let's just say that all of what I’m doing here applies to the whole entire campaign so for this example let's say that I do launch this campaign at six a.m. So now what I’m essentially doing is giving this campaign the full entire day right from morning to six a.m. and on to collect the data to spend the budget adequately and efficiently right and to learn and get the data. I need whereas opposed if I were to run a different campaign at 6 00 pm right let's say it was 6 00 p.m on the same day on May 1st as you can already tell that me starting a campaign at 6 00 a.m and starting a campaign at 6 00 p.m is a 12-hour difference within a high engagement high traffic time which is all the day pretty much and so as opposed to doing it at 6 00 p.m and getting all that nighttime audience now depending on your business that might be what you are looking for but essentially for most businesses, uh it's safe to say that starting a campaign earlier in the day while you can get the most traffic and the most adequate spend throughout the day is what you're always looking for. So does it affect the campaign delivery yes based on the budget and the time that you want to give your campaign to actually run and perform for you. What To Do When The CPA Goes Down Day After Day?

Hi there. Welcome to Hopps help the question we're going to answer today is what do I do if my CPA, where my cost per result starts going up and up and up.
So, let's say you've been running an ad for a while now, and everything's been super good, but what happens at the adjust starts going to put, and it just starts performing not as well.
Well, the first thing you're going to want to do is just sit back and really think about your targeting. Think about your targeting.
Think about your creativity. Think about your message to your potential viewers, right? And your potential customers and clients. That's always going to be the star of everything, because the only reason why your ad is going to go up and cost you more is that something is changing, whether that is you're exhausting, your audience.
And you've just gone through your whole audience with JC. If you have millions of millions of people in your audience, it's going to take a very, very long time, but that is one thing that could affect your CPAs and make them go up.
Also refreshing your creativity is extremely important. So if you have an image and a video, try refreshing it and bringing something new to your audience, right?
And also, again, an experiment I don't know how many videos you guys have watched from hops, but we are very strong about experimenting with audiences and creatives and testing.
Testing, testing. Testing is extremely important for success with marketing. Once you make these changes, okay? Once those changes are made, you're to want to look at your cost per result, right?
Your cost per result is going to be your main factor as to if the ad that you're testing is working.
This is really all you need to look at because it's going to measure how much you're paying for a result.
And if it's not within your break-even point, well, then you need to make adjustments, right? And that's sort of Mo the simplest way.

How Do I Maintain A CAC Of $10 Per Customer?

Hi there. Welcome to Hopps help where we try to answer today is how do I maintain a cost per acquisition of $10 per customer?
Or how do I cap my cost per acquisition? So, there's only one way that you can do this inside of Facebook, but it is pretty effective.
And I've had clients use this before and have some pretty decent results. So, you're going to go out and create an ad like normal.
What's actually just go ahead and show you from the beginning. So, campaigns create, once you create your ad, it's going to go through the whole process of you setting up your ad.
Now the most important part of this is going to be under the new ad set section. If you scroll all the way down to optimization and delivery, okay, now go ahead and click on show more binge strategies.
Now you have a bid cap and you have a cost cap. So, the difference between cost cap is that cost cap is you're getting the most for your volume because you're allowing Facebook to spend up to a certain amount of money to the cost, to the caps out the bid is you're basically telling Facebook, okay, Facebook, I don't want to spend any more money on this particular bid.
Like I want to only spend a certain amount. So that's where the cost per acquisition part comes in. So, if you have an ad set up, you could do a bid cap and you could set your bid for $10, right?
So, you're basically saying you're not going to spend any more than $10 per customer to acquire a customer. You know that is how you would set it up.
Now, is it a hundred percent accurate? Does it work all the time? No, nothing does. It's not a perfect world, but it's something you can experiment with and see what happens.

How Do I Define A "Lead"?

Hey there. Welcome to Hopps help where we try to answer common questions in two minutes. The question for today is how do I define a lead?
This is a great question. And I'm going to tackle it from two different angles. One from an e-commerce perspective and the second one from a lead generation perspective.
Cause I see them a little bit differently. So, I'm gonna go ahead and bring over this three-step funnel, which I'm sure you've seen before it is awareness consideration, or I call it interest and then conversion.
So a basic three-step funnel. So, from the first one, as I said, from an e-commerce point of view, starting from the top awareness, let's say that I throw a testing campaign out there to an audience I'm just testing and I get some engagement back.
I get some comments, some likes, some shares too, at that point, do I consider them a lead? I do not specifically because I don't have any data built off of them yet.
I can't do anything besides some organic reach and organic comments, which is fine too. Of course. Now moving one step down from an e-commerce perspective, going into the interest or consideration part of it.
Now they, now they see the ad. They comment, they tag two friends. Now they press the call-to-action button, which is the shop now button.
For this example, they hit my website. They scroll through the page. They view content. They look around right now. Do I, do I consider that a lead 100%?
Yes. Because at some point I got some data off of them or now if I run a remarketing campaign, let's say that I want to target everyone who viewed my content for the last 30 days.
That will be included in there as well. So yes, so that I do consider somewhat of a lead. Now, is it a full-blown purchase at that point?
No, but to me, it is still lead and it's still 100% valuable to my business. Moving down one more. This person landed there.
Now they like the shirt for this example and they bought it. That is a conversion right there, which is great.
That is definitely a leader, I guess, at that point, but it's more of close action. So moving on to the second point of view, which is a lead generation point of view.
So this example, let's say I'm a pizza shop that runs an awareness campaign for everyone in my local city, because I'm doing 50% off my, on my pizza.
For example, I get some organic engagement, right? Of course like, Oh, this piece is so great. Awesome. Great. Do I consider that a lead from a Legion, a lead generation point of view?
No, just like I said earlier, organic reach, organic comments, moving, be down one more to consider. Do I consider this one, a lead?
They hit that ad. They hit that call-to-action button. They are on my website. They are looking through it and they bounce off.
Right? No, at that point I don't consider them my lead. I got some data off of them. Of course. So, if I do run a marketing campaign then yes, of course.
But do I consider them a lead from that point of view? No, moving down one more step. Let's say that they didn't get off and they went ahead and put their information.

How Do I Invite People To Like My Page From Business Manager?

So, the first thing you want to do is go to business.facebook.com. Go to your settings at the bottom, left with business settings, and click on pages.
Once you click on pages, you will see all of the pages that you currently have control over your own or permission from somebody else.
Click on the view page at the top, right? And it will take you to a page very similar to this now because I can't leak any personal information.
I am not able to scroll down and show you how to invite people to your page. But once you're on this section, I promise you, you will scroll down and there will be a section that says community, and it will say, invite friends, scroll down, click on the blue invite friends’ button, right?
And invite all of your friends will see a list of friends. You can invite, just check Mark their boxes and go ahead and do that and invite them.
