How Do I Change The Default Search Box Language?

Hi there. Welcome to Hopps help where we try to answer commonly asked questions in two minutes. The question we're answering today is how do I change the default search box language?
So, if we don't like the language, we have up here you know, where it says search all products, maybe do we want it to say search our amazing products?
It's a pretty easy fix. Let's go into our Shopify backend and go into an online store and then themes. Okay, that'll come up automatically.
Then we're going to want to go to our live theme or whatever theme you want to change and go to actions, edit languages.
Okay. And because there's so much on this page, what I'm going to do is just search for this text. Okay.
Search all products. Okay. And here we have our placeholder text for the layout search bar, and then let's make this say search our amazing products and let's do an exclamation point.
Okay. Let's save now. Let's refresh our store and boom. That placeholder text has been changed. Okay. And if there's anything else on the site, any of this other language, and other search boxes, just type it in here, whatever it says, and it should pop up and you should be able to edit it.

How Do I Edit In Bulk On Shopify?

Hi, this is Phil from Hopps help, where we try to answer your questions in two to three minutes. And today we're going to be answering the question of how to edit in bulk your items in Shopify?
So bulk editing is a really great tool. It's one of my favorite things in Shopify, and it specifically works with your products.
There is another option for bulk editing that you can use in the Google sales channel, but we're going to talk specifically about bulk editing in general, just within your products.
So on this particular Shopify account, I'm in the product section and all you need to do to bulk edit is select all here and then click edit products.
Or you can select a couple of products that you want, and then click add your products. For this example, I'm going to click, select all.
I'm going to go to edit products and here's where you can do a lot of different things. It's really, really great to use the bulk editor.
If you're trying to add barcodes and you've got a bunch of barcodes that need to add, or if you want to change pricing that kind of thing.
So what's cool about the bulk editor. It kind of works like a spreadsheet, so you can, you can move things around like, so, and then you can also edit the fields how you like, so let's take out skew, take out price, compare price as well.
And let's add in some different fields, right? It's not that title always stays there because that way, you know, what the title of the product is, and then you can edit fields here.
So we have a bunch of different options. So let's say I want to update my product type. Let's say I want to update my bar codes.
Let's say I want us to make sure that I had charged taxes on it, you know, that kind of thing.
Okay. So a couple of cool things you can do if you were on a PC, actually I think if you're on a Mac, it works as well.
So, okay, so you can see here that the charge taxes is not on this particular for these 11, these products here, right?
Okay. So here's what we can do. You can put your mouse on one of them, unlike the first black, and then if you're on a PC, you click control, shift down, or if you are on a Mac command shift down and it will select all, and then you can double clicker space bar and then we'll take it out.
And if I do one more click, it's going to put everything back in. Okay. There we are. And then if I click save, it's going to save all of that.
Okay. Really, really cool trick, very, very useful to bulk edit quickly. And then you can do the same thing with different, different words.
So like, let's say I wanted to have this say all three of these B dumbbells, or let's say, I want all three, three of these to say sinus, right.
Well, there you go. I've done my control shift down or command shift down and then I type it in and that can save suppose that really, really cool tricks, a really really good, really good things to do.

How Do I Select Which Photo Is The Main Photo Associated With A Product That Has Variants?

Hi, this is Theo from Hopps. And today we're going to talk about how to use your photos within your variants and have different products display for your variants and on your particular product page as well.
So, to answer this question, it's kind of more so about going straight to the product itself. So, let's go to, let's choose a product within this Shopify site, and we're going to go to the different spots within the photo section.
So, it's pretty easy. What you're going to want to do is you can drag and drop the photos around in order.
And when you do this, this is going to help you identify which product is going to show up first, when it's seen the, on the product page.
So, in this case, the big one is going to be the one that you will be seeing first. Okay, now what's cool about this is when you select variants, you will then be able to have the photos be designated per variant.
So how you do that, you just, you just simply click on that product that you want and then select the image you would like for it to be displayed as.
So, for example, if I did this boom, that just changes it to that particular image. So that means that when someone is on the website and selects their different variants, once they change the variant to a certain product, the image will then change with it.
This is also dependent on the theme, but you will see here how this theme in particular moves to the particular image.
Okay. So, if I were to choose black, you can see how it moves down to the black image. Now, if I were using a different theme that doesn't have this kind of side-by-side structure of their product page, what would happen is if I chose a sandstone, it would just flip the image to that particular product.
But all of that is done within the product section. First, you want to upload your products, select whichever product you would like to be like for it to be the main product image.
And then after that, you can then create your variance and then select the variant photo by clicking on the photo section to add that photo.

How Do I Set Up A 10% Discount On First Orders For Email Subscribers?

Hi, this is Theo from Hopps help where we try to answer your questions in two to three minutes. And today's question is about how you can create a discount code and use that for your first-time subscribers in your email list?
First, we need to just make sure that we establish that we create a discount code. And then from there, we'll talk about this subscriber.
So obviously what you're going to want to do is log into your Shopify account and create a discount code by going to the discount section, and then create your discount code, how you want, you can have the option to create an automatic discount code or a normal discount code that you create.
And then people can use it. Automated discount codes basically are ones that show up directly in the checkout right away.
But you can also do the option for manual discount code, which you can then simply create what the code is going to be.
And then you can place the name of that code and an email sequence. So, I'm going to show you that here to kind of answer the question.
So all right. So I have a discount code right here, which is normally used on the store the most LSL 21, 3% off.
And I'm going to hop over now to my Claveo system, which is an automated email system. And I'm going to pinpoint the welcome series right here.
Now there are many different types of automated emails that you can set up and Claveo is definitely the best system to set up those types of automated emails.
I personally like to have my discount code showcased in my abandoned cart flow. So, therefore, when people have put an item in the cart started the checkout process, but then they decide not to purchase well, there'll be hit with an automated email and it will the system will not only show them that the product that they were looking at, but it will also, I have in there the discount code that they can use to purchase that item with.
So kind of goes hand in hand and helps out really nicely, but specifically for getting, you know, your first subscribers to your email list getting them a discount code.
You want to put first, you want to do is create a Claveo account, set this up correctly. And then after that, you want to create a welcome series and attach it to a list, our name, that list newsletter.
So anyone that basically anyone that signs up to subscribe to your website to get updates, you can have them receive an automated message.
So let me go, let me show you what this, what my automated message for this particular store it looks like.
And within that automated message, you have the option as the owner to put in whatever you want. So here is an example right here I have in bold, the discount code for people to use right here in there.
Once they have signed up for the newsletter, people will receive this message and then they will be able to get that discount code.

How Do I Get Some Traffic To My Store?

Hi, this is Theo from Hopps help, where we try to answer your questions in two to three minutes. And today's question is about how you can draw traffic to your Shopify store?
So, this is an easy answer, but a harder in practice type of situation. So, to answer your question directly, there's, there are two ways to drop traffic.
After you have created your store, your website you've connected your domain to your Shopify store and you've created your Shopify store website to look the way you want it to look and you release it to the public.
The next thing you knew you need to do is to draw traffic. Well, one of the easiest ways to draw traffic and freeways to draw traffic is to post on social media.
So if you just have your Facebook account, Instagram account, Tik TOK, Pinterest, what have you, if you have those accounts, you can make sure that they're connected to your S your website and then simply just make posts about it.
And that will engage people and hopefully draw some traffic. The downside with that is that it won't necessarily draw a ton of traffic.
If you don't already have some type of generated following, unless you're selling a product and that product is super, super hot or a commodity, or is in demand.
You're not necessarily going to get a ton of engagement off of just social media posting, hashtag marketing, right? So, the next and best way, in my opinion, to draw traffic is to pay per click ads.
So, what you're going to want to do is set up Google ads, Microsoft ads, and Facebook ads as well. And these Facebook ads are all three of these ad platforms are, in my opinion, ran best when you are running campaigns that are paid per click campaigns, and you are drawing traffic to them using the various methods of Google shopping campaigns.
And then also doing shopping campaigns and marketing on Microsoft ads and also doing campaigns on Facebook, whether that's a retargeting campaign or a normal full-on campaign to draw traffic.
And when you utilize, these tools correctly, you can gain clicks from the right people who are interested in the product you're selling and thus it can result in engagement and in sales.
Now the setup process, to set up these accounts and get them connected to your store is very particular. You have to do it the right way, and then also set turning on and setting up the actual campaigns to work correctly is also very specific as well.
Don't have time to get into that today, but that is the answer on how you can directly draw traffic to your store.

How Do I Change The Default Sorting On The Admin Product Page?

Hi there. Welcome to Hopps help where we try to answer commonly asked questions in two minutes. The question we're answering today is how do I change the default sorting on the admin products page?
So, if you want to make your admin product page, show up with a specific sort, every time you click it, for example, if we want it to do created by the newest first there, unfortunately, isn't a way to do it, to set Shopify, to do that.
Where when you click here, it'll always show up. But a nice little workaround we can do is just get the sorting how you want.
So, let's, let's do create by newest first. Okay? Like we have it. And then just bookmark this page on Chrome.
You just hit the star and add a bookmark on Firefox should be similar. And then we're going to want to eat.
You can set it, you can name it, whatever you want. Maybe we'll just do a Shopify product. And if you put it in your bookmarks bar, it'll show up right here.
You hit done. And now anytime you want to just go to your products, you can just click this bookmark and it'll show up in the sort that you like.

How Do I Add Customer Reviews On The Home Page Of The Store?

Hi, this is Theo, from Hopps help. And we're going to talk about adding reviews to your homepage through Shopify. So, there are a couple of pretty simple ways you can do this and there are also some more advanced ways you can do it.
Let's talk about the kind of third-party way of the quote, unquote, more advanced. It's pretty simple though. So, what you're going to do is go to your Shopify account, go into apps like I am here and then you're going to want to just go to the app store and for this, I'm going to touch on a couple of things, but I'm going to go straight to an app that I know does really well for reviews.
I personally actually don't use it myself, but I have seen other people use it and I've seen how it works and it works great.
So, the app is called judge me, and just going to type that in and it is, let's see. Let's see here.
It's going to put in judging my reviews so I can get that pulled up here. And here it is right here, judge. my product reviews.
Alright, judge me and this app is a really great app. If you want it to basically just have some reviews and social proof kind of placed on your site, really, really great app.
You can kind of see here are some example pieces and you can use them. Here's some here's like an example of a homepage version of it.
Judge me is also something that you can do in regards to putting that on your product pages as well. But yeah, judging me is a really great one aside from just using judgment.
You can also simply just search for other apps within this spot. Let's see here, you're going to put in a view Product review.
Okay. And you can search this as well within, within the apps store from Shopify. But my recommendation is to go with judge me.
Now, another thing you can do is you can simply go to your online store in Shopify and go to pages and just simply manually create your own page specifically for reviews and actually just track down your customers and ask them to leave you a review, email it to you, and then you can just create your own page like so, and, you know, a label that page, whatever you want.
And then go ahead and type in or copy and paste those reviews over to your site. And then from there, all you would need to do is create an a, an option within your website and put place those reviews, that page of reviews on your homepage.
So, let's say I made a page for reviews. I could simply then go into the customized section of my website.
I can then add a section and we can do let's see here. I think it's it should be a custom option.
 Should be able to have some blink. Yeah. As you can do a rich text here, I've got a testimonial section for this particular theme, and you can simply just manually have those in yourself.
I have a version of this actually on this site. I have it actually in my main menu, I have testimonials specifically for one supplier for this particular store.
And what actually happened here is this particular supplier gave me reviews of their products from real customers. And I simply copied and pasted it, made a page, and put it there.
So, there are several different ways that you can go about doing reviews. And I would recommend, however, if you want to really do it well, do judge me.
If you want to skip the judgment thing and not pay anything, then you could simply make it yourself and paste it onto a Shopify on your store.

How Do I Create A Collection Of Best-selling Products?

Hi, this is Theo from Hopps, and we're going to talk quickly about creating a collection page that shows you all of the best-selling products on your site.
So I'm going to go to a collection page right now on this website and basically show you that, okay. So this is a product vendor collection page.
And with, every collection page, you'll have this option to go in and have the products sorted in a certain way.
And obviously, you see this is sorted as best selling. So if you wanted to just simply have one collection list as best-selling, you can do that, but I'm going to specifically talk about a trip where you can have this happen for every single product on your site.
So what do you want, what are you, what you are going to want to do is have every single product be placed as a tag into its own collection.
Okay. And so imagine right now that I selected every single product on my site. Now, obviously, if you have more than 50 products on your site, there are going to be multiple pages.
So you'll have to do this process multiple times. Okay. But for this particular video, I'm just gonna select all. And what you're gonna want to do is create a tag for all of them.
And for the purposes of this video, just make sure I do things correctly and don't mess up this particular site.
I'm going to just select, I'm just going to select these two right here. Okay. I'm going to click edit, and I'm going to add a tag and we're just going to call it just for the purposes of this.
That is the title best selling. Okay. There we go. Hey, we're going to save that. All right. So now that we have tagged those products, but in this, in this case, imagine we're tagging every single product out of this.
Now, what we're going to do is simply connect, sorry. Simply go to collections and create a product tag best option.
Or I would do this as a tag. There we go. Now, every product that is tagged with the best selling tag will be, she will show up here, and then if you sort them as bestselling, boom, there you go.
You were automatically now going to have a whole collection with every single product in your store sorted by the best selling by its bestselling.
Okay. So obviously you don't have to name that tag best-selling, but just to make it, make things make sense. That's how I'm, I'm doing it.

How Do I Customize Prices And Quantity Features Per Product (Sell Individually And In Packages)?

Hi, this is Theo from Hopps, and I'd like to walk you through basically how you can individually edit your prices and your quantity, individual products, and make everything kind of streamlined like that.
So a lot of people don't know that in Shopify, you have the option to do what's called bulk editing. So all you gotta do is go to products and you can edit whatever product you want in this bulk edit section.
So for this, I'm just going to go to you have, while you have these other, you have these filter options for this particular thing, I'm going to go to more filters and I'm going to select either a vendor or I'm going to select a product type to edit.
Okay. Let's use the air purifiers, excuse me. Let's do air purifiers as an example. All right. So here's a bunch of air purifiers.
Let's select them all one click edit products. And from here we have the option to move fields around and we have the option to edit these fields.
Okay. So I'm going to X out skew. I'm going to keep the prices. I'm going to add inventory quantity. And so you'll have the option to here individually change set prices for every single option.
So my compare price obviously is this is the price that makes it look like it's the on sale. The price is the actual price that you want to have listed.
So people purchase it at that price. And then you can also just change your quantity. Now, if you want it to both of these, if you're on a PC, there's a cool little trick where you can do control, shift, and down, and then you can simply change the price and all of those at once, right?
Or you can, and you can start that, that same thing as can, that same trick can be done for every single one of these as far as prices are concerned.
So you can call, you can do all of these and then you can simply change it and then edit. You can also use the field to add more options.
If you don't have the track quantity turned on to you, let me give you an example. So track Shopify tracks, quantity products, want inventory.
If you have this on don't track, what's going to happen is you won't be able to have the option to have inventory for that product.
See how that 21 went away. So if we turn that on, then we will have the option to then edit that particular product at that price at that inventory quantity.
So I hope this answers your question. You can use the bulk editor to do a lot of different things but there's some particular, so there you go.

How Do I Correctly Synchronize And Analyze Statistics From Facebook Ad Manager And Shopify Application?

Hi there. Welcome to the Hopps help where we try to answer commonly asked questions and under two minutes, the question going to answer today is how do I correctly synchronize and analyze statistics from my Facebook ads manager and my Shopify application?
So today I'm going to show you the two most important tabs when it comes to analyzing our statistics for both and making sure they're synchronized, keep in mind that there is a 24 hour wait period between the two dashboards.
Okay. So it's not going to be exactly correct. Until you wait about a day. So once the day is over, then I would go back a day and check, but make sure it is a full 24 hours.
Now the first tab you're going to want to go into is your dashboard on Shopify. So go ahead and log into your Shopify store, go to analytics and go to dashboards.
And here you'll be able to see the overview of your dashboard for any given time period, right? Usually, it starts with today.
However, you can change today and do any time range that you would like. So go here and see what the statistics are like go to another tab and you're going to open up something in your business manager for Facebook called events manager.
Now you can access this by going to the settings of your Facebook ads account and going into data sources, okay.
Data sources, pixels, and then open events manager. Now in here, you're going to be able to see all of the events down below for your website, and you'll be able to take the events that are here and match them to the events that are on your overview dashboard.
Okay? So like add the cards you can see here, then you can go to events and say, okay, how many add the cards, how many purchases?

How Do I Make Facebook Traffic Ads To Get Sales? 

Hi, this is Theo from Hopps help we're going to talk about how to create a basic Facebook ad to generate sales for your Shopify store.
Okay. So, I want to kind of quickly explain this. It's a little bit more involved than just kind of blanketly explaining it, but I'm going to do my best to kind of go over it.
So, first and foremost, you're going to want to have a Facebook page for your store. Well actually let me back up, they're going to want to have a live website from Shopify first.
Okay. And then you're going to want to have a Facebook page for your site. And then if you want, you should also create an Instagram page for your site business page.
Now after you have got those things set up, you're going to want to connect the Facebook sales channel and just go to a sales channel within Shopify and connect that.
And in order to run these ads through Facebook, you have to connect at the bare minimum, the Facebook marketing section within the Facebook sales channel.
And in order to do that, you must create a business manager account with Facebook and the URL for that is business.facebook.com.
Okay. Now the order of operations here is a website first, make it live, make sure you have all your business information, LLC, if possible and all that stuff lined up.
Once you have that lined up, you will then create a Facebook page and an Instagram account for your store. And then from there, create a business.facebook.com account, which will be your business manager account.
All you have to do to create one of these is simply log in to your personal Facebook account, which, which basically owns your business pages.
And once you're logged into that, you'll be able to create a business manager section I'm going to use when you use the United distribution, LLC, that I have as an example.
Okay, so here's a business manager page and we're going to go to this here and we're going to go to this ad’s manager account.
And once you have all that set up, what you're going to want to do is then download the Facebook sales channel to Shopify and then connect your business manager and your official ads account to the sales channel.
And it should look green once you're done with it. You can also attempt to do Facebook shopping and Instagram shopping, but for marketing specifically, you don't need the shops to be allowed to market.
Okay. You just need the marketing to be green and active. Okay. That's it to create a Facebook ad once you get to the ad’s manager, which is this, which is what I am in right now, you will have the option to then create an ad.
Now there are two types of ads that I personally like to work with. They are conversion ads and catalog ads.
Okay. The conversion ads are the ads that you will. It's the type of ad that is simply for lack of a better term is more so used for brand awareness.
Yes, you can generate sales from it, mostly dependent upon the product that you're selling and how you put in your demographics, and how you know to advertise it itself with a picture or video or a statement.
But overall conversion ads in my mind, really work best as a brand awareness type of ad. However, I have generated sales from these ads myself, that said, lets you create, once you click create and click conversion, it'll take you to this screen.
You'll just click next. And I want to show you briefly here, this super-important section of creating one of these ads.
You're going to want to select a conversion activity. Usually, we want to select, add to the cart, meaning you're going to tell the Facebook ad algorithm to hopefully generate the type of audience that will add these items to the cart.
If not, you can select purchase. And it will hopefully prompt the Facebook algorithm to grip people who will want to purchase.
Okay. So, I'm going to try to briefly go through this and, and show you. Let's say that we're targeting Facebook.
We want to target people who like to buy hats, baseball hats, right? Well, if that's the case, then we would use our audience section and detailed targeting section to really, really hone in on what we want.
So, let's say we don't want to deal with shipping from people who live in Hawaii and Alaska. All right. Well, what we can do is target the United States, but we can exclude why and we can exclude Alaska.
Okay, cool. Add those to it. Denzo now let's say we want to target a certain age range. We can just click edit here.
Let's say we want to hit people who have money but are younger for these baseball caps. Let's go from 25 to 45.
Okay. And for gender, we can do, you can pick your choice, but let's just do all genders. And then here is the most important part.
We want to make sure that we get some good demographics in here. So, you can click browse. You can go through these.
You're also going to definitely want to select purchase behavior. And you're always going to want to uncheck this. I'm not going to get into why right now, but you're going to want to uncheck that.
And the goal here is to get this number that starts at 230 million down to like 100 million, sorry, 1 million to 5 million people.
Now, how you do that is let's. You have three different ways to get that. You can do brows and set up some, some demographics.
That way you can also type in type in baseball. The second baseball cap. Okay. All right. So now I can start to make, start to use the automated system to get suggestions in here.
Right. But if you'll notice my audience is going to still be quite high, right? 12 million people. Well guess what if I narrow my audience and kind of start the process over, it will help me out quite a bit.
And I can try to get that audience to get a lot of demographics in it, but we're also making our potential reach smaller, which is going to make the density of who we're marketing much better.
So, you can continue to do that. And then the next section is where you can go in and create your connect, your Facebook page, and your Instagram page.
And then you can also add your photos and make a demonstration of what you want to say from there. You will be able to then create your advertisement.
Sorry. This is a little bit longer when the video, but I just wanted to make sure I hit all the points.
And once you launch, you'll be able to start to see that type of interaction with that advertisement. However, my best recommendation is to use Facebook conversion ads as a means of brand awareness.
And we also set up a catalog ad, which is like a retargeting campaign, and get people to come back to your website.
So, all right.

How Do I Embed A Third-Party Website Into The Shopify Store?

Hi, this is Theo from Hopps. And we're going to talk about basically adding a third-party website into your Shopify website.
Now I know that this question is basically talking about how to embed a third-party website into Shopify. There's no real way to code that in, but we can use a hyperlink.
So to give you an example, kind of a basic example let's see here. What we're going to do is let's just take one of my websites and a third-party website, and we're going to pop it into the Shopify store.
I'm just going to place it anywhere. So I'm just for, for an example to use an example, you want to place this link as a hyperlink on a page.
So you could use a product page for this, or you could use you about us page for the purposes of this.
I'm going to use the about us page and put that in there. So here's actually, there's already a hyperlink here and there.
Give you an example. So you can see it here. We have the hyperlink here that, leads to the actual LLC company that owns this particular website.
And again, we're going to just add another one of those right now. So let's go here, marketing. Okay. And coming to copy that URL, a highlight what I want it to link to in certain link there.
And then you have the option to have it be open in the same window. Meaning just take over where your current website is or open it in a new tab or a new window insert link and save.
Okay. So now I'm going to click view and it's going to show a hyperlink. There's the previous hyperlink that I already had on this page.
And let's see here. Let's do it again. Sometimes it takes a second to refresh the page. Let me just refresh the whole, whole Shopify account right now.
And we'll view that page one more time. All right, there we go. Let's see. It didn't take well, we're going to do say that like, so let's try that one more time.
<inaudible> There it is at the bottom. So we'll click that and boom, it opens up to the site. Okay. And then you can obviously see the other hyperlink here as well.
So that's how you do that. I know that's probably pretty remedial. However, what we're going to want to do is just make sure that we embed, embed that correctly.
There's unfortunately, no way to actually code a website in, but you can embed a hyperlink into your site and have it link straight to that.
Another way you could do that is you can believe you can hyperlink into a menu option should be able to try that here.
Sure can. So here's what I'm doing. I'm putting that link, into my navigation. Okay. Yeah, here's what this is going to hell.
It was just going to happen. Now I'm going to go to the website and when I click on home, it is going to link to that hyperlink.
See that. So there you go. So there's a couple of different ways you can do that. However, I recommend if you're going to do a hyperlink in bed, that's probably the best way to do it onto a page.
You can also do it on the footer as well, which would be a menu. And that's the way the best do it.

How Do I Remove "Review" Page From Checkout?

Hi there. Welcome to Hopps help where we try to answer commonly asked questions in two minutes. The question we're answering today is how do I remove the review page from checkout?
So, if we want to remove this review page and cut down on the length of our checkout funnel, it's a really simple change.
You should only have this. If you're in certain European countries if your stores based out of there. And what we need to do is go to our Shopify admin.
We're going to go to settings checkout, and then, and we're going to scroll down to order processing. And in this section, we have a check for require confirmation step.
So, if we just uncheck that and hit save, we'll remove this additional page from our checkout.

How Do I Have All The Items On The Home Page?

Hi, this is Theo from Hopps help, where we try to answer your questions. And under two to three minutes, and today we are going to talk about how you can get all of your products to appear on your homepage?
So this is a pretty simple process. So, what you're going to want to do is go over to the online store in your Shopify account.
It's going to automatically take you to themes, and I'm going to use this store as an example, and I'm just going to go to customize.
And once I'm in customized, we're going to have the option to pull up and pretty much every item in the store that you would want to.
So, here's an example. I'm going to go to the ad section. And once I'm in here, I'm going to add a collection list.
Excuse me, I'm going to add actually a featured collection is what I meant to say. And, for different themes, it will the featured collection will pop in differently depending on how the theme is coded.
And in this example, the way that it looks is going to simply be the way it looks due to this particular theme, but most themes are going to have the same functionality where you have four across the top.
And depending on how many items are in each collection, you will, you know, if you want it to have a 12 show up or eight shows up you will be able to do that when you select them for that collection.
So first you're going to want to make sure you have all of your products uploaded to your site in collection format.
And then you can add the featured collection option in Shopify, select that for your homepage and have that be as long as you want it to be.
And let's say we select it here and you'll see here that all of the products are appearing on the site and you can continue that for as many products as you need.

How Do I Delete The "All" Section In The Drop-down Menu?

Hi, this is Theo from Hopps help where we attempt to answer your questions in less than two to three minutes.
That's the day we're going to answer the question on how you can delete them all section in the dropdown menu?
I'm assuming this means talking about the navigation in your store that automatically populates the all products section when you add that part of the navigation.
So, here's what we're going to do. We're going to go over to the online store and we're just going to go down to navigation.
And what you're going to do is select a menu for this example, I'm going to go to the main menu and you'll see here, I'm going to use this example, this particular menu that has I labeled as view products.
If I go to edit, you'll see here that that particular one has all products right now. Okay. And so what that's going to do is when people go to my site, if they click on the actual view products button, it takes them to a page that has every single product.
There in pages though, it's not going to be everything that'll be forever, but you know, you'll have the option to go view every single product on the site.
Okay. So here's what you're going to want to do to change this around. All you need to do is X out of that all option, and then just put a pound or hashtag sign and then click on the little blue option for that.
So let me just do that one more time. We're going to put the hashtag there and then just click on it.
And then it's going to automatically, once you apply the changes and click save, it's going to automatically no longer have the option for people to even click on that button at all.
Okay. So if you're trying to get rid of the that, that all products option in the navigation, that is how you do it.
Basically. It just means that no one can click on anything on that particular button. So, in this case, when they on my site, if you go to view products after it's saved, you wouldn't be able to do that click on you would not have the option to click on that button and the same goes for anything else.
If you want it to just replace it with another option, like say another collection, you get to go to collections and do that.
And there are many different things that you can do to replace that. But if you're looking to just not have it be an option at all, then simply put the hashtag or pound there.
