How Do I Edit Or Customize The Message In The "View Your Order" Page?

Hi there. Welcome to Hopps help. We're trying to answer commonly asked questions in two minutes. The question we're answering today is how do I edit or customize the message on the view order page?
Okay. So, this is pretty easy, but it's a little tucked away. We're going to want to go to online store themes, which will be automatically selected.
And we're going to want to select the theme that we want to change the message on the few, your order page.
So that's likely going to be your live theme, the one that's actually on your website right now, and then we're going to want to click actions and then edit languages.
Yeah. And this is going to allow us this page is going to allow us to edit the language of a lot of different stuff on our website.
If we go all the way to the right, we can find checkout and system <inaudible> And there was a lot on this page, but if we go about halfway down or a little bit halfway past, halfway down, we're going to find checkout.
Thank you. And now these are all and all the default texts that Shopify gives us on our thank you page.
And we can edit any single one of these. So, for example, if we want to change the return to store link label from continuing shopping, which is the default label in gray, we can just make it go back to a store.
Now, when we hit save, it's going to copy that when we hit save, that will be live on our thank you page.
And to remove that, we're just going to go back there. I'm just going to do a control F to get me back to this tax, and then I'm going to delete it.
And our default text is back again. And if we just hit save one more time at the top of the page, it'll all go back to how it was before.

How Do I Set Up Better Quality Ads?

Hi, this is Theo from Hopps, and we are going to talk about how to build a very good and, cohesive Google ads system.
This actually really can turn into a 30-minute video if you really want to break it down, but I'm going to try to briefly explain a system that I use and, kind of go from there.
So, um, what I do here, what I have here is, a three-tier shopping ad system and a retargeting campaign.
Okay. Or remarketing, however you want to word it. And the reason why I have a three-tier system is that I'm running a retail store.
And, because I'm running an online retail store and I have manufacturers who might already have a presence out there both physically and, online, kind of a rapport with the people who might be buying those types of products.
What I'm going to do is I'm going to use a filtration system in my Google ads and my shopping campaign, excuse me, specifically so that I can, pay for the best search terms for the products that I'm selling.
So to give you an example,  I could go to my high priority campaign, high priority is referring to the settings for this campaign tier meaning I'm going into settings right now.
It means that the algorithm for Google is running at a campaign priority, speed of high. Okay. So when you set up these campaigns, you have the option at the very beginning of the setup process to have the campaign, have the shopping campaign algorithm run at a high, medium, or low speed.
All right. So what I'm doing right now is I am having my high-priority campaign collect generic search terms. So for example, the primary item on this particular store sells, um, high ticket saunas.
Okay. So if I go into the actual campaign, I have each ad group, one of the campaigns at the different brands that are carried for this particular store.
So now that I'm in this campaign tier, I'm going to go to the keywords and I'm going to go to the search terms.
And what I want to see is generic search terms, and here are some examples, sauna, Beryl, I'm just going to take it, but the subtle ones and barrel saunas, uh, around the sauna, right?
Cedar sauna, all of these search terms are very generic. They're just referring to a sauna or a type of sauna or the shape of a sauna right now in my next tier, that is where I would like to see brand names, brand names.
So in this case, what I would, what I ideally want to see is the name of the brand in this case would be Alico product sauna.
Okay. So it would be, it would be, uh, the search term ideally would be Alico Beryl saunas, and, um, that those types of search terms I would want to see in my medium campaign.
Okay. And then in my low priority campaign, I would like to see even more specific. So like Alico skew number or product number sauna and the search terms there.
And what I do as I run this is I have my high priority at a lower cost per click. So let's just say 10 cents.
And my medium priority would be at say 30 cents. And my low priority would be at a, say, 50 cents right now.
The reason why I have those differences is that I do want to pay a little bit more for the very, very specific search terms, because those search terms are written into Google, by people who are very likely to make their purchase happen.
So, therefore, I want to pay a little bit more, but I don't want the algorithm to go crazy running at a high speed.
Cause then I, my 50 cents could multiply into hundreds of clicks, and then I'm blowing my budget out. So I label it, label my setting that low priority.
However, I'm optimizing my clicks to pay for the best search term. Now, the best way to optimize your search terms is to go into each campaign on a regular basis, probably on a weekly basis or an every other day basis, depending on how many clicks you're getting you to go into your search firms in your campaign, and you're going to want to exclude any search term that doesn't belong.
So in this case today, everything you see here for that has come into the system today. These are all very generic search terms, and I'd ideally don't want them to show up in my, um, medium CA medium priority campaign tier, which is where I want to see my brand names.
So since these are very generic search terms, I'm going to, um, grab these search terms, select the campaign, sorry, I'm going to grab these search terms, add as a negative keyword as you saw, and then select a campaign.
And this is me telling the algorithm now that I want to make sure that these types of search terms stay in the high priority slash generic campaign tier, and then so on and so forth.
You also want to make sure that you have, have a negative keyword list attached to you that's got to just, you can ignore all those crazy negative keyword lists.
I have a general negative keyword list here that has a bunch of terms and words that I don't want at all to be, um, used, and search terms.
I don't want to pay for a search like this. Um, so this is a really good way. And again, I could go on for 30 minutes more in-depth about this, but when you have these types of, shopping campaigns going with a negative keyword list and also optimizing your search terms and filtering out those search terms, that is how you're going to set up a really robust and targeted,  campaign for, shopping campaigns.
Now, the couple that I also have a retargeting campaign, and this is technically it's called a display ad. And this ad is going out to all visitors who have previously been to my site.
They will get re-targeted via YouTube or get followed around a big one like a news article or show up in it.
Also show up in, Gmail. These retargeting campaigns are very, very powerful. So anyone who's been fish netted in from my shopping campaigns will now get re-targeted with an ad, and showing an image or a video of my products,  with a little message here.
And, you'll be able to here's an, here's kind of an example. Here are, some of the photo assets that I have.
And so what, what this is doing is it's creating a system in which, the Google ads are all working in conjunction to target certain people.
They can get clicks. If you have the right cost per click, you will be able to have any, if you have the right cost per click and the right negative keyword lists, and the right search term optimization, I'll write it together.
You'll find your target market or excuse me, your target market will find you. And you'll be able to also crush your competition by putting them, putting the names of your competitors into your negative keyword list.
And you'll be able to make a very, um, sound and quality Google ad system. You can also create what's called a text ad as well.
I'm not going to get into that now. But text ads can be helpful if you are a new brand.

What To Do To Carry Out Advertising Campaigns On Facebook With A Link To Whatsapp?

Hi there. Welcome to Hopps help the question we're going to answer today is what to do to carry out advertising campaigns on Facebook with a link to WhatsApp?
So, there are two ways that you can do this. And I think the first one's going to be the simplest way to do it.
And it requires you to create a new ad. And then the second way we're going to talk about is how to edit your existing ad.
So, once you create an ad on Facebook, this is going to be the screen you see after choosing your objective.
So, you're going to hit the big green button. You're going to choose your objective, your campaign, objective, putting your name, and you'll be shown an ads screen, which looks similar to this.
Now the easiest way to do this is just to click on WhatsApp. That would be the easiest way to get your ad in front of people, into WhatsApp and link them to WhatsApp.
Now you could also go to your new ad and if you have a specific link, right, you're a website URL.
So, you could get your WhatsApp URL and put that into your website URL. I don't know what the policies for that are with Facebook.
So, it's just something you're going to have to test, or you can just edit your existing ad and click on WhatsApp and put in the information in there.

How Do I Manage Audience Targeting Tools For An Online Education Platform?

Hi there. Welcome to Hopps help where we try to answer commonly asked questions. Then under two minutes, the question we're going to answer today is how do I use targeting tools to target audiences for an online education platform?
So you don't need to use any third-party targeting tools. You could actually just use Facebook ads. Now, if you want to use third-party targeting tools, be my guests.
You can do additional research on this, but let me show you an easy way. If you have an online education platform that you could potentially target others that are into online education platforms.
So, the first thing you're going to do is go ad business.facebook.com. Click on the big green create button and go ahead and create your first ad.
Okay. Once you do that, you know. How to create an ad, please go to hops and look for other videos on how to create ads.
It's going to be way too long if I show you in this video. So, we're going to get right down to the meat and potatoes.
So go ahead and create, choose your campaign. Objective, go ahead and fill out all your information. And what's really going to be the most important is going to be your ad set.
Right? So go ahead and put in your campaign name, objective income over to the ad set. Now, fill out all the information that you would need for your ad and come down to detailed targeting.
So go ahead and click on edit and detailed targeting. Now you would want to use targeting that represents online education platforms, right?
So Khan Academy is a great example of this because Khan Academy is available at target. It's got a decent-sized population for size, and it's a nice place that you can, that you could target for online education platforms.
Now you could also see like you to meet me. You to me has one, it does you to meet 22 million people in you to me.
So, if I was to create an online education platform, right, and I wanted to go ahead and offer my services to Facebook, I would use the online education platform interests that already exist in Facebook to target my online education platform.

How Do I Invoice Customized Items More Efficiently?

Hi, this is Phil from Hopps help and today we're going to be talking about how you can invoice more efficiently and then Hopps help.
We try to answer questions within two to three minutes. So to answer your question about how to invoice more efficiently, more effectively to answer it directly, unfortunately, there is not really a way to automate this process.
You cannot automate sending out emails, sending out invoices from Shopify, however in order to send an invoice from Shopify, what you're going to want to do is go-to orders.
And then once you're in orders, now you're going to want to go to drafts. And then once you're in drafts, you'll have the option to then send an invoice.
So what you're going to do is then create an invoice and then you can choose the product name, the collection name, et cetera, and then just simply choose the product you want to add to the invoice and then add a discount at shipping that kind of thing.
And then and then you'll be able to make sure that the price is exactly what you've agreed upon, what the, what the customer, and then you can click send an invoice and what's going to happen is you'll have the option to then send it to that particular customer with a nice message and change the subject, email it that way, a blank, copy yourself on the email.
You can even choose where or who the emails being sent from and et cetera, but that's, there is not a way to automate this process.
And the reason why is because there are so many different variables, Shopify just wants to make sure that everything is packed to the customer's liking.
And on top of that, you also have the option to pay via credit card,  Well, on the phone.  So for example, if you are taking a phone call from a customer, you can manually type in that particular credit card there as well.

How Do I Understand The Quality Score Of My Keywords?

Hi there. Welcome to Hopps help where we try to answer commonly asked questions in about two minutes. The question I've got in front of me here today is how do I understand the quality score of my keywords?
So I'm inside of a demo account demo campaign, and I've gone to the search keywords tab, and I've made sure that I have these four columns pulled up the quality score, expected, CTR landing, page experience, and ad relevance.
The latter three are the three components that make up a quality score. And you could see as I'm hovering over the titles here, Google ads give, uh, gives me a little bit of context, a little bit of explanation as to what these things are.
There's also, the helpful learn more link at the bottom. So definitely playing information available at your fingertips. If you want to understand what these things are.
And if this demo campaign had more data, you would be seen numbers from one, from one to 10 in here in the table.
Uh, and those ratings would also give me an idea of what Google thinks about the quality score of my keyword.
And then again, you know, that's going to be based on these three components here. Um, but yeah, the question is about understanding quality score.
I think hovering over each one of these columns is a great way to,  kind of educate yourself a bit on what the definitions are and what Google is evaluating when it comes to giving you a quality score rating.

How Can Goal Conversions Before A Next Phase Is Reached Be Done Quicker?

Hi there. Welcome to Hopps help where we try to answer commonly asked questions in under two minutes. The question we're going to answer today is if all campaigns need 50 conversions before moving to the next phase, how can this goal be reached more quickly?
So we're going to go over two things that I would personally recommend for increasing your conversions. The first thing we're going to recommend is the budget.
Now budget. Isn't always a one-to-one step on increasing conversions, but it will definitely help because Facebook is an auction system, right?
So the higher your bid or the higher your budget, the more conversions you essentially should get, if your campaign is already performing quite well, you can do that by editing your campaign to just go into edit, go to ad set, and then scroll down to where it says budget.
And go ahead and optimize your budget there. Another thing you can do is create what's called retargeting campaigns, and the way you would create retargeting campaigns is by using custom audiences.
So if you scroll down to audiences down here, you're going to see a custom audience and create new. So go ahead and create your custom audience now for the purpose of this video.
And because we have to keep it under three minutes, I'm not going to go through every single different audience that you can make.
But let me just try to sum this up. All of these options are available to you for retargeting people that do certain actions.
So for example, website, you can target people that have visited your website in the last five days, 30 days, a hundred days, or 300 days video, you can target people that have watched 30 seconds of your video, a minute of your video, you know, only five seconds of your video, right?
So these are different ways that you can set up retargeting audiences and create those when you run your campaigns and increase your conversions as well.

What Are Positive And Negative Keywords In Google Ads?

How Do I Add Banner, Collection, And Video To The Page ?

Hi, this is Theo from Hopps help and today we're going to be talking about how to add a video to your page in Shopify.
So, there's a couple of different ways to do this, and you're going to want to have to do it on a specific page option.
So, let's talk about a YouTube video. For example, I'm going to grab this, this video right here, and we're just going to go to like a product page.
As an example, you can also do this on an actual, just page as well. So, we're going to go here and here's, here's a product page and what you're gonna want to do is in this product page, make a space.
And once you have a space open, go to insert video link, and what you're going to want to do, grab the video that you're looking to insert.
Okay. And just click share, click embed, and then click on the code there. And it will allow you to embed that code right into that embedded space in Shopify.
And then you'll have the option for that particular video to show up on your pages. And it's the same, same methodology for like an actual like a page.
If you were to just do that for your particular, like, let's say you had an about us page, right? You want it to do the same thing?
Well, we could add that right in there. Okay. So same, the same situation, make space, select the insert. There was an insert, and then you could put that code right in there.
Okay. And then once you've done that, you can also do several things, like make a collection. So, for example, if you want it to have several different products placed inside of one collection, for example, here are growlers, right?
Here are several products that are labeled as growlers on the website. What you're going to want to do is when you upload the products, you're going to want to make that product, that product, a product type.
So, you'll label it. So, in this case, I've labeled it growlers. Now that I've done that I'll simply go to collections and then create a collection, I'm going to name it growlers, and then I'm going to make sure that it is a product type.
And then put that name again right there, growlers, and then click Save. Okay. So now that, that is there, you're going to want to make sure that all of those shows up in your menu options, right.
Kind of like your banner, so to speak. So, once you're here, you can simply go to the online store and then go to navigation.
And then once you're in navigation, let's go to the main menu. And under any of these, you can, you can just create what you would like.
So, let's just say products, Asheville, sorry, let me, let me just, yeah, I'll actually take it back. Yeah. Let's do a few products and I'm just going to just have one that says all products.
Okay. And now I'm going to make another one that says growlers, and this is all based on our collections that were made.
All right. Collections, growlers. And then we can just simply add that underneath. Okay. So now what we've done is we've had, we've created a situation where we have a video on our pages and you'll be able to create your options for your collections.
Have that be shown as a menu up top. And then when people click on that, they can go to a product, and then that product might have a video, right?
So, it's all one big machine, so to speak. So that's, how you can do that. Hope this was helpful.

How Do I Know How Long Is Enough Time To Conduct A Prospecting Campaign?

Hey there. Welcome to Hopps help we're going to answer commonly asked questions in two minutes. The question for today is how do I know how long is enough time to conduct a prospecting campaign?
So, in other words, how do I know when to turn off my prospecting or top-of-the-funnel campaign based on the data?
Right. So that's a great question. And I'm going to run by some other key performance indicators or KPIs. I call it that helps me kind of gauge the audience when I first tested it.
Right. So, I'm going to go ahead and scroll down. As you can see here, I start off with purchases, but I really want to focus my attention on the very first number right here at CPM of cost per 1000 impressions as this kind of gives me a good idea of the audience I'm bidding into.
So, for example, if I'm running a few different campaigns that are testing different audiences and each ad set is different, I can get an average CPM of the, of the, of my campaigns that I have, and then understand what audiences are more expensive than the others.
And then maybe try to manipulate my ads that way and vary them and see if that helps. But this number gives me a good idea of the audience I'm bidding into the next one, of course, is my CTR and my CPC, or in other words, click-through rate and cost per click because this CTR or costs or sorry click-through rate will give me a good idea of how my ads are doing essentially the image or the copy I have, because if my, if my CTR is high, I know that my headline or my primary texts or whatever it is, or that, that manipulation I have in that certain ad works because I know that it gives is giving me a high CTR.
Now it can be said about the opposite, right? If I know that this variety of ads has a low CTR, well, maybe it's my image.
Maybe it's a copy of, maybe it's not responding to this audience. Well, then I will look at the audience level and see, okay, well, is it responding overall to the audience based on the impression, is that the CTR on the ad level?
Right? So, all great things to keep in mind when, when running an engagement campaign. The biggest thing I also want to mention too, is that do not make any decisions as in turning off campaigns without looking and understanding the data first, because if you turn off a well-performing campaign based on a few numbers that you're looking at that, so it makes sense for maybe the last seven days or whatever it is, but overall doing good and you turn it off.
It can really drastically affect your, your business for example, or even your ad account. So, I'll go ahead and also follow along with the anomalies that go through the whole entire funnel, because people do go through the whole entire funnel and purchase something at the very end.
And those were always great too, that I would track every piece of data from the very beginning to the very end and make the decision based on the data alone.

How Do I Add A Pop-up Message When The Discount Code Is Applied?

Hi, this is Theo from Hopps help. And this video is going to talk about how to have a pop-up happen within the checkout space.
So, this is a really, really cool feature that you can do within Shopify, which you're going to want to do is simply go-to apps.
And there's one specific app that I wanted to talk about it. If there's a cross-selling app that does a lot of different things, it's called just Bruno.
And when you're, when you find just doing know within the Apps section, you're going to be able to do a lot of different things.
Up-sales, cross-sales different types of things with banners, and you'll be able to upsell people within the checkout portion of your website.
So, there's a lot of different features that go into to just UNO and the many different things you can do.
And it really helps with abandoned carts really helps with getting people to come back to your store or second-guessed or checkout as they're doing it and come make sure that they have an offer that six sticks with them, and then they're going to want to continue their checkout we'll make a purchase.
So, I'd highly recommend just UNO. It's a very good app. And once you plug that in, you'll be able to customize things to your website and get everything up and rolling so that you can then capture those people who are going through the checkout process.

How Do I Know Where The Traffic To My Store Came From?

Hi, this is Theo from Hopps help where we try to answer your questions in two to three minutes. Today's question is about how you can view where the traffic came from on your site?
I'm going to talk about this in two parts live view versus nonlive view. Okay. So first off, let's talk about live view quick.
So as you can see right now, this is a live view of one of my sites. And you can see that there's someone in Texas right now on the site.
Okay, cool. That's really great. So you can go to the analytics portion of Shopify, go to live view, excuse me.
And you can actually see what people are doing on your site when traffic comes through. However, this system is good, but it's a little, it's little lagged I like to use it sometimes if I want to just kind of see what's really happening on my site as I like to go to the chat widget called to talk to, so I have a chat widget that I use on all of my websites.
It's a free chat widget. It's called talk to it's a great app. And you can see here, here's that person right now.
Is it that much? It looks like they're not on the site anymore. So this is actually a perfect example. What I meant by it by a Shopify system, being a little lag, you can see here that the green.is still there.
However, when I go to talk to it looks like there's nobody here any more. And the reason for that is because talk to us a little bit faster to pick up who is on the site.
And when, so to give you a better example, if I head over to another browser and go to that exact store right now, talk to, who's going to pick it up immediately.
So let's see here. So come to Refresh the page a little bit. There it is. So, there's me looking at my own site even says where I am, which is St.
Paul, Minnesota. And you'll see that that particular browser has been at that site three times. And it's a really fast, easy way to kind of view what's happening on your site live.
All right. So another way to view how where people have come from, if you go to the analytics page and then go to dashboards on in Shopify, you'll be able to mix and match timelines and different, different time periods on your site to view not only who's visited your site when they visited and where they visited, but also different numbers within your site as well.
So I'm gonna show you here where you can go. Let's see, once this gift caught up here, here we go.
Shit lock-in okay. So now that we're here and I'm on my analytics dashboard, we can go to one of these cards down here and we can see where some of the traffic's coming from.
So I have well over 7,500 people coming from the United States to this particular website. And you can see some other, other towns as well.
You can also click the view more in-depth report to look at that a little bit, little bit deeper understanding as to what's happening with your site.
And that works well, another great thing you can do is you can also go to, let's say have you go over to orders and enter orders?
You can also see where an order came from. So like the type of conversion traffic that happened on that particular site too.
So to give you an example, I'll go to this order right here, and you'll see, on the bottom right-hand side, this item was found on duckduckgo.com.
So that is a, one of the search engines that are out there. So you can also, you know, I get a lot of orders from Google it.
If you look at the conversion summary, it will tell you where that order came from. All right, this has been Theo from Hopps help.

How Do I Correctly Configure My Blog To Be Public Without Asking For User Registration?

Hi, welcome to Hopps help where we answer questions in two minutes. Today's question is how do I correctly configure my blog to be public without asking for user registration? while I have some good news and some bad news, the good news is out of the box.
WordPress is not going to ask you to register, to view your blog, the bad news or the bad news is that that you probably have a membership plugin and you'll have to figure out which one that is in order to disable that and then get rid of anything that, that is any artifacts, any, any artifacts that it might create such as shortcodes that no longer work in such like that, but at least this will get you on the right track as to why your blog was asking you to register in the first place.

How Do I Set Rules To Lower My CPR?

Hey, there. Welcome to Hopps help where we try to answer questions in two minutes. The question for today is how do I set rules to lower my CPR or my cost per result? Great question. So, we're going to start off in the ad’s manager and head over to rules right here. We'll go to press, create a new rule, and Tyrwhitt CPR or this for this example. Excuse me. Now, the next part is to apply this rule to whatever is best for your case. So, in this example, I'm doing it to all my active campaigns. So just ensure that if you choose this one, to make sure all your campaigns are published and next is the action. So, what is the result of this rule is going to be to turn off my campaigns? Right. Because the question is, how do I lower my CPR? Well, the next step to answer this question is to look at the conditions, which you can see here is cost per result is greater than blank. So, for this example, if I want my CPR to be less than five dollars or to be more than five dollars, I would put five dollars and I would add this as a condition and get rid of this one. So, as you can see here now, I have for this rule. The cost per result, greater than five dollars, so that means for this campaign or all my active campaigns, if the CPR reaches above five dollars, this campaign will shut off. So, this is one of the ways you can go ahead and lower your CPR by having automatically turn off your campaigns and turn them back on if you so choose based on the conditions you want. So, this example of CPR is better than five dollars. And of course, you can scroll down, you can customize it a little bit more based on the time of day, the lifetime range, and notifications. How Do I Download Images That Were Exported From One Account To Another?

Hi there. Welcome to Hopps help where we try to answer commonly asked questions. Then under two minutes, the question we're going to answer today is how do I download images from one Facebook onto another?
If I was to export information from one Facebook account to another, how do I transfer the images? Well, what the man is always to have a backup of all the images, the videos, and all of the content on your computer because you can't simply just save an image from one account to another.
We actually have to use a program now if this is the case, so the program we're going to use is called image downloader.
And so what you're going to want to do is go to Google and type in image downloader, right? And a screen like this will appear on the Chrome web store.
Go ahead and add it to your browser. Okay. Now, once you add it to your browser, what you're going to want to do is go over to your ad manager.
So Facebook business.facebook.com and go to your ads manager. Okay. Once you arrived there, you are going to go to your image downloader.
So you go to your extensions, which is at the top, right? And click on the image. Download. Now what's going to happen is, is it's.
There's just gonna pop up and it's gonna look just like this and save the subfolder, filter by URL. What you're going to do is you're going to set up a subfolder so you can put one on your desktop, right?
You're going to go ahead and set that up and actually go to the options here, right? Click go-to options.
Right? Make sure all the settings are correct here and click save. So just make sure that you have everything correct that you'd want to set.
Normally all the default stuff is pretty much. Okay. So, you can just go ahead and kind of just hit, save and close out of that.
But once you're on the page, the ads manager, you're going to go here, we have a subfolder, right?
And then you'll go ahead and you gotta make sure that the photos are on the page. Okay. And what's going to happen there.
All the photos are gonna pop up here, all the photos that you can download on the page, you select all of them or select the ones you want.
And then just click download very simple, very easy, and they will all download to a folder that you can then go ahead and upload to another account.
