Very good question with a very good answer. You're going to go ahead and log in to your Facebook business manager and go to settings under settings. You're going to see tabs off to the left. First of all, you're going to want to make sure that your Facebook and Instagram pages are added to your account. You will do that by going into accounts pages and clicking add, and adding a page or creating a new one for your Facebook and Instagram profile. Once you do that, you're going to go to users and people off to the left, and you will see an add button here at the top left. You will want to go ahead and put in the email address of the Facebook user that you would like to invite and lead employee access on unless you want them to have full administrative access. Once you go through the prompt, which is a three-step prompt, you will then go back to pages, which then you will see the person under people. You're going to want to go ahead and click add people. You'll see their name below, click the name and assign them all of the permissions that you would like to admit to having. If you have managed pages, fill up access to be able to manage pages and receive messages. But usually, I like to put all of this stuff on for any account manager.
