How Do I Export The Excel Document Of My Custom Metrics Correctly?

Hey there, welcome to Hopps help where we answer commonly asked questions in two minutes. The question for today is how do I export the Excel document of my custom metrics correctly?
Great question. So we'll go and start off on the ads manager. And so what they're asking here is how do I X for all my call on this that I see here on my ads manager to XL spreadsheet is very simple.
So just make sure that you are displaying the correct columns that you want to export. So for example, if I were to go to columns here and I want to export the main KPIs that I've created, this is kind of like a quick overview of my columns that I've created.
Give me a good glimpse of what I've wet looks for. Right? And so let's say that this is filled with that.
And I want to export it. It's very simple. I'll go here to the right two reports. I'm going to go ahead and press export a table data, and then you'll see here, pop up, give me a few different options.
So if I export it as a CSV, I actually already did it and you'll see, it looks something like this, where it does export it by the column.
So I did match it up. So, these columns do match the ones I were, I was just demonstrating. And so it does a pretty good job of giving it to me exactly pretty much how I see it.
Another great tool Facebook does use for data reading at a quick clamps glimpse is going to reports and going to all for example and going to all levels, or I can even select a campaign, I'll do ad level, right?
And so now if I do this kind of gives me what I saw here at the, on a CSV sheet, but more interactive because I can do a much easier pier and sort by the columns.
I want the data that I want to look at much easier than going. Yeah. Exporting it, looking at exporting another one, looking at it and comparing, right.
It does it very easy for you. And it's very useful if you're looking at your data and make it easy for you to interact with.
