How Do I Change A Word In The Ad Text In All Campaigns To Another Word?

Hopps Team

Hi there. Welcome to Hopps help where we try to answer commonly asked questions in two minutes. The question we are answering to date is how do I change a word in the ad text in all campaigns to another word? Great question. The way to do that is to navigate from your home screen. Make sure you have all campaigns selected under ads and extension you'll select ads. Check the top box to select all of the ads in the ad count, edit, change ads, find and replace put in the text that you're looking for. Then input the text that you want to replace it with. And when you click the apply, all of the ads that meet this criterion will then be I changed and I'm, we're gonna go through one more way to change that. Now keep in mind, this will only change one type of ad. And so you'll need to run this operation multiple times if there are texts in different ad types that you want to change. Okay? So that's the first way to find and replace. Now, the second way is what's called an ad variation and this does the same operation, but it sets it up as an experiment. So you can test whether or not the change that you made, improve the performance of the ad. So to get there, it's under drafts and experiments, add a variable, and then click on the plus icon like campaigns are all campaigns and you can also set up filters. If you want to select a subset of ads within the campaign Hanes and then under creating variation, it functions the same way where you put in the text that you're looking for. And then the text that you want to replace with the variation details would the name of the experiment that you want to run. And when you want to run it, so start date end date, and what portion of the impressions that you want to split in the control versus the experiment. Once you have all the details set up, click on, create variation and you'll execute the experiment. So those are the two ways that you can find and replace texts in different ads across different campaigns. Hope that helps.
