So, there are two ways that you can do this. And I think the first one's going to be the simplest way to do it.
And it requires you to create a new ad. And then the second way we're going to talk about is how to edit your existing ad.
So, once you create an ad on Facebook, this is going to be the screen you see after choosing your objective.
So, you're going to hit the big green button. You're going to choose your objective, your campaign, objective, putting your name, and you'll be shown an ads screen, which looks similar to this.
Now the easiest way to do this is just to click on WhatsApp. That would be the easiest way to get your ad in front of people, into WhatsApp and link them to WhatsApp.
Now you could also go to your new ad and if you have a specific link, right, you're a website URL.
So, you could get your WhatsApp URL and put that into your website URL. I don't know what the policies for that are with Facebook.
So, it's just something you're going to have to test, or you can just edit your existing ad and click on WhatsApp and put in the information in there.

How Do I Create Funnels With Facebook Ads?

Hey there. Welcome to Hopps help where we answer commonly asked questions in two minutes. The question for today is how do I create funnels with Facebook ads?
Great question. And as you can see here, I've already built out the three campaigns I recommend doing within one funnel.
So, starting off, which is also the top of the funnel or TOF, I would recommend doing an engagement ad as this is a low CPA, low budget really needed for this kind of ad, because you're not throwing it out into a conversion ad, for example, or sorry, a conversion campaign, because that comes with a lot of high CPAs, for example, high bids.
So, traffic engagement, even brands awareness and reach, they all work as they were pretty much all a little bidding. So as your first top of the funnel or with a new audience or testing, I would recommend doing any one of these four, but of course, whatever you are doing, you've used an app and souls do work too.
I would avoid doing lead generation messages and any other conversion ones at this point. So, moving on to the middle of the funnel or MOF, I would recommend doing a retargeting campaign like this.
If you think about it from the customer perspective, they have already seen your ad, or they've already seen your content, they've already engaged the amount of hop in your website, excuse me, clicked on your ad and now they've already interacted.
So now we kind of have that data essentially on the backend to now where we'd be creating a remarketing or retargeting campaign.
So, what that would look like for this example is I would go ahead and go to asset number three, scroll down to an audience.
And so, for this ad set, I'm doing, I'm targeting everyone who has viewed content in the past 30 days and excluding everyone who has purchased in the past 30 days, right?
So now this one is for this ad set, I would go ahead and change it up for every other ad set that when I'm testing different audiences with different creatives now moving onto the last step, which is right here, which is at the bottom of the funnel or the conversion or the third step.
As you see here, I have one, two, three, all indicating park parts of the funnel. I'll go and show you.
So, this one is nothing special. Really? It's just a conversion campaign. Cause the only thing real about this campaign is that the creatives you're testing here and the ads you're testing have already been tested and it has already worked.
So essentially what you're doing is taking all the winning ones or all the ones that have responded well with the right message, the right creative image or whatever it is, just the ones that had given you the best ROI, throwing them into a conversion campaign with the right audiences that you've also tested and then going by creating it that way.
So that is a three-step or the three campaigns I recommend when doing funnel or do following a funnel strategy. So, I hope that helps it.

How Do I View The Order ID In The Facebook Admin Reporting System?

Hi there. Welcome to Hopps help we try to answer commonly asked questions and under two minutes, the question we're going to answer today is how do I view the order ID and the Facebook admin reporting system?
So, once you've set up your e-commerce webpages through Facebook and Instagram, okay. Facebook offers, what's called the e-commerce manager. Now to get to your commerce manager, you can go to facebook.com/commerce manager, or just go to Google and type in Facebook commerce manager.
I don't have a commerce manager for this client, so I'm not able to go into the account and show you anything further until hops provide us with some sort of demo account that we can use with some demo products in it.
So, for now, I'm just going to explain that once you arrive at the commerce manager, okay, you're going to be able to view all the orders through this section.
Okay. So go to the commerce manager, you'll see a section that says manage order IDs. You'll be able to view all the order IDs inside of the panel.
And this is going to be like your admin panel. Okay. So, commerce manager is your admin panel for anything related to the e-commerce side of Facebook and Instagram.

How Do I Retarget My Custom Audience 3-4 Times In A Conversion Campaign?

Hey there, welcome to Hopps help where we answer commonly asked questions in two minutes. The question for today is how do I retarget my custom audience three to four times in a conversion campaign?
So the keyword there is a custom audience because I'm going to assume that it's going to be a remarketing campaign where they're doing custom audience based on their pre previous or past buyers.
And so what they're asking about essentially is the frequency number. And so what this number right here on the right side here, what that number essentially is, is the average number of times a person has saw that ad.
So let's say that I ran this campaign and that this ad did a thousand reach and it did 2000 impressions.
So 1000 reach 2000 impressions. That means each person saw, deadly, each person saw my campaign twice. So my number here would be 2.0 because each person saw it twice on the ad.
So now to go ahead and increase that number. So let's say that you want to go ahead and bump it up to like three to four times.
There really isn't a real strategy. I would recommend to, uh, increase the niche of your remarketing campaign. That way more ad dollars go to a smaller, uh, audience, or to just keep it running, for as long as you can.

Is It Possible To Be Fined Or Banned For Adding Prices To Facebook Ads Images?

Hi there. Welcome to Hopps help where we try to answer commonly asked questions in under two minutes. The question we're going to answer today is, is it possible to be fined or banned for adding prices to your Facebook ads images?
So there used to be a rule where you could not add more than 20% text to your Facebook ads, uh, image or video, right?
There were very strict about that, but recently the rules were lifted. And to answer this question, no, you will not be fined or banned, and it is not illegal to put your price on a Facebook ad.
I went ahead and looked through the advertising policies, which you can Google Facebook advertising policies. If you'd like to get some updated information on all the policies related to Facebook ads, none of these policies stated anything about you being fined or banned for adding and pricing to your image.
I also went ahead and checked out another resource through Facebook about the text and add images. And the latest note that they have is there is no longer any limit on the number of texts that can exist in your ad image.
The text overlay tool is no longer available. And this tool used to tell you if you were having too much text in your ad.

What Is The Best Conversion Event When In The Learning Phase?

Hey there, welcome to Hopps help where we try to answers questions in two minutes. The question for today is, what is the best conversion event when in the learning phase? Great question. So, as you see here, I created a little structure of a campaign for us to go through something, to go ahead and edit this. So, on the campaign level, as you can see here, I'm on a conversion objective, right. So, I am getting into a high market essentially, because these are this conversion event usually gives me a good drive, but does cost me a bit more money than if I were to choose an engagement or traffic ad. Right. So, the question asks about being in the learning phase. I would never recommend throwing a new audience into a conversion objective or lead generation or message or anything like that to get any information because you bid pretty high on that. And for that ROIC, since it is a new audience, you don't know how they respond to your ads, to your copy. Right. To your business or to your product. So why would you go into a really high market and then bid for this new audience where you can go into something cheaper, like engagement or traffic or even video views if you do a video and see how it works with that and then upgrade it to conversion campaign after you tested it a few times and seen what worked. Right. But to answer this question, what is the best conversion even when in when in the learning phase, so in the conversion. So, if we were to do a conversion objective. I would go ahead and go to the asset level. And this is where I would go in and really focus on the conversion event and so we have multiple options here, as you can see here, we have a lead purchase schedule, all this good stuff. And so, I would recommend is doing add to CART as this is usually cheaper than going to a purchase conversion event. And an advocate gives me good data, good enough data for me to go off of it to see the demand of the product and how customers are responding to it. How Long Should I Run Campaigns Before I Start Analyzing Metrics And Decide Which Ads To Keep?

Hey there. Welcome to Hopps help out where we answer commonly asked questions in two minutes. The question for today is how long should I run campaigns before I start analyzing metrics and decide which ads to keep?
Okay. So, the biggest part of this question is, is right at the beginning where they ask, how long should I run these campaigns?
Pretty much before I do an action as I turn it off. I turn it on. I make edits on the headlines or whatever the case may be.
How long should I, should I wait until I make these edits? So, the question should really be what data do I need before I can make those calls?
Like, what will the data tell me that will tell me which way to go? So, is this the edit? Is this edit the right one to make based on the data?
So for this example, I obviously haven't run any of these campaigns at four. So, I had no actual data to show, but I do want to point out some KPIs or some key performance indicators that I watch out for that.
Tell me when to make the adjustments. So, on the ad level, or I'm sorry, on the ad set level, I'll always watch the reach, the impressions.
I watched impressions more frequently as well, but the biggest one, I always reach out for CPM the cost per 1000 impressions.
So, this kind of gives you a good ballpark of the ballpark I'm playing. And I guess you can say, because if I'm getting into an audience that is too high and the cost per thousand impressions is above the average, for example, then I'm like, okay, well this tells me that this CPA, or this cost per acquisition, if I were to get a sale off of this or whatever the events maybe if I'm doing a lead generation, that's the CPA or the cost per acquisition might be able to higher due to the CPM being hired because the audience is a little bit more pricey too, to bid into.
So, I always watch out for that. And then of course I followed down the funnel, but who's clicking or who's, you know, w watching it, clicking it, and so on and so forth all the way down to purchase.
If you can see right here, boom, website leads or purchases. So, depending on the campaign and running from there on the ad level, I go to check, let's say that I have these three ads, and I can see one outperforming the other due to maybe the headline change or the campaign, or sorry, the contents is different or whatever the case may be.
I can go in and take that and scale it up or scale it down if it's not doing so well or vice versa.

How Do I Make A Video Post On Facebook Correctly?

How there are no real correct ways to do this, but there are a couple of ways that you can do this in today's video.
I'm going to show you exactly how you can go about doing this in two separate ways. The first one I'm going to show you is on a Facebook page.
So, this is going to be showing you through the business Facebook page, right? But the personal Facebook page is completely identical steps.
The second thing I'm going to show you is how you would upload a video as an ad. So, let's go ahead and get started.
So, what you're going to want to do is go to your Facebook page. Now you don't need to go to your business.
Facebook page. The purpose of it this video is to hide personal information because if I go to my client's personal Facebook business or personal Facebook page, and it's going to show a lot of personal information.
So, in this video, I want to show you the business page. So, you can do this on your personal or your business.
You're going to click on the photo and video right below, write a post, boom, you click on it. You click on upload photo, video, or upload multiple videos, right?
And then you can go ahead and add your videos to your page, or, you know, they get to your page and that's it.
Now the second way to do it is I'm going to show you how to do it through ads manager. So, what you're going to do is go to business.facebook.com.
Okay. Should load up your ad’s manager. And you're going to go ahead and go to campaigns. Okay. And in campaigns, you're going to go ahead and actually, first of all, let's just go ahead and create a new ad.
So just create about a, being about a boom select the ad you want to create. Okay. Now you're going to go through the process of making your ad.
Once you get to the creative section, which is the new ad section, you're going to scroll down and it's going to say single image or video, right?
So, it's already selected. You're going to click on add media and you're going to click on add video and then just pick the video that you want and go ahead and get it uploaded straight to your ad’s manager.

How Do I Establish Effective Ad Targeting?

Hey there. Welcome to Hopps Answers. We'll answer commonly asked questions in two minutes. The question for today is how do I establish effective ad targeting?
Great question. So I'm going to go in and show you two different methods or strategies that I use when I try to establish effective ad targeting or just try to get my audiences to respond better to my ads.
Right? So I'm going to go ahead and focus on the ad set level. As you can see here, I'm going to scroll down to audiences where the magic will happen, right?
So the first method I'm gonna show you, our strategy is to go ahead and first find your audience, right? So for this example, I'm going to say that I sell fishing supplies, right?
So what makes the most sense is to target people who like fishing, right? So as you can see here, uh, a KPI or key performance indicator to look out for is the size of the audience right here.
It shows us 327 million people, right? So if I click on it, you'll see here that the potential reach is that 220 million people.
That's Facebook's number telling us that, Hey, here's how much we can reach. Right. But of course, that will take a big budget That never happens.
So that is yeah. One way to narrow your audience down. Right? So let's say that this is, this number is way too big and I can't afford to reach everyone, uh, with my budget.
So let's go ahead and narrow it down. Right? So I sell fishing supplies. So let's say that I also want to target people who like fishing holes, I guess, farming, fishing, and forestry, same thing.
So now, as you can see here if I were to uncheck this, which I'll get to this in one second, which is my second method, the number goes down to 57 million people, right?
So we narrowed the audience down and we focused on people who like fishing and farming, fishing, and forestry, right?
So now the second way to do this, or a second method to establish effective ad targeting is to focus on the detailed targeting stanchion.
So as you can see here, and he saw a second ago that when this is checked, you'll see that this number greatly increases.
If I uncheck, you'll see, goes back down, right? So for example, if I were to just target people who like fishing, you'll see that I'm looking at 57 million people that are in my potential reach.
Now, if I were to turn this back on, you'll see it's much more, right? Because Facebook tells you that, that they will target everyone who likes fishing along with people who are related to that audience.
Right. And a good little thing to go off of too, to understand who the audience is. Oh, a quick little tip here is by selecting suggestions.
And you'll see a lot of related audiences, right? That Facebook probably uses to target along with your main audience here.
So that is what detailed, targeted scansion is. So if you're trying to establish effective ad targeting, I suggest that this be off as this will narrow your audience to an audience that fits more of his criteria.

How Do I Promote Crowdfunding On Facebook Ad Without Being Rejected?

Hey, everybody. Welcome to Hopps help so the question we're going to try to answer today and under two minutes is how do I promote crowdfunding on Facebook ads without it being rejected?
So I'm going to show you two things that you could do based on doing some research here that I believe will work well for your business.
The first thing I want you all to look at is the fundraising option Facebook. So go to facebook.com/fundraiser. And once you go there, you're going to see this screenshot right here that I have on the screen.
Now I snipped it because there was some personal information on that page. And for the purpose of our hops videos, I can't show it, but go ahead, go to that page and click on this button that says, raise money for you, a friend, or a business.
And if you aren't doing it for a friend or a business, and it's for nonprofit, there will be another section for that as well.
Once you do that, however, you're going to see a section that says select the category. And in this section, you're just going to go ahead and select the category for your business and go ahead and set up a fundraising post.
Once you do that, you could actually run ads to that post and promote it on Facebook. That way another thing you could do, and I believe based off of an espresso, which is a huge, uh, digital marketing website.
I was doing some reading on there and it turns out that Kickstarter is allowed on Facebook ads. So try sending up in Kickstarter and having your Facebook ads link to your kitchen starter page.

What Is The Best Strategy For Splitting Budgets In Campaigns?

Hi there. Welcome to Hopps help where we try to answer commonly asked questions in under two minutes. The question we're going to try to answer today is what is the best strategy for splitting budgets in a campaign?
So depending on what your total budget is, is always going to depend on how you're going to split your budget, or if you're even going to split your budget at all.
And let's use some extreme examples. And we're also going to use these three campaigns as an example. So for the first thing, we're going to do is jump into campaign number one, budget one, and go down to the budget side of it.
We're going to scroll down to budget right here. And to start to use an example, let's say you have a hundred dollars.
Okay. What would you really want to do with a hundred dollars? Well, we know that Facebook is an auction system, so the more money the better, obviously.
And if you use that money more focused on what you want to do in the beginning, instead of actually splitting it, I think you're going to have a better chance.
However, if you have, let's say like a thousand dollars, right? And it's not a hundred dollars, you could split that three ways and put them in different ad sets and test it out effectively.
But what would be the best way to effectively test your ads? The way I have it structured is one campaign.
One ad set, one creative. Okay. If you have more than one creative, add more budget so that it has more chance to spend.
So if you have one creative, you could do like maybe 50 bucks, but if you have three creatives, maybe you want to do 100 bucks.
So I think the best way to answer this question is what's the best way to split your ads is I would look at your structure.
Okay? If you have one campaign, one targeting option in three ads and you have a hundred dollars that might work, right?
Because a hundred dollars would be able to safely and effectively put down enough money to get the results that you'd like to get.
When it comes to splitting up your budget. You always have to remember that the more money, the better for your Facebook ads, and the more that you split the budget, you're actually making some of the other campaigns much weaker.
So try to focus your budget more on one ad. If you have an extreme budget, like a four-figure budget or more, you could potentially split that budget out.
Once you see something working, don't spend that money anymore there, obviously, and start focusing on what does work for your business.

How Do I Share Multiple Facebook Ads Statistics With The Customer?

Hi there. Welcome to Hopps help where we try to answer commonly asked questions. And under two minutes, the question I'm going to answer today is how do I share multiple Facebook ads, statistics with my customer or with the client?
So what you're going to want to do is go to your business.facebook.com, go to the business tools at the top left scroll down.
And you're going to see a tab that says ads reporting here. You're going to be able to create ads that are reported for all different types of things.
So go over to the right here and you're going to see popular breakdowns, right? So you can break your ads down by gender age placement or platform.
So let's say, for example, your client wants to see all the people that were male, okay. That responded to your ad.
Well, then you would click on gender and then it would sort it out by male, right. Or female. And you could actually export that data, save it right.
And export it so you can save it to your account and you can also export it. So by using the reporting tool, you'll be able to create a bunch of different analytics and statistics based on your ads data and be able to give that to your client.

What Retargeting Campaign Objective Should I Use For People Who Watched My Video Ad?

Hey, welcome to Hopps help where we try to answer commonly asked questions in two minutes the question for today is which campaign objective should I choose to retarget my video views? that's a great question because as you know with Facebook anything any type of campaign objective is going to make a big difference on what traffic you're going to be sending so the intention of retargeting is to achieve something achieve a conversion most of the times whether you're trying to sell a product or you're trying to have a lead opt-in whatever the intention is at the end you want that conversion to happen normally in the way you structure campaigns on Facebook you can choose traffic or reach objectives to try to push that video out but in reality the audience that's sitting there on that retargeting they've already gone through that stage of cold traffic or awareness where they don't know your brand and now you're trying to capture them to move forward in a decision so definitely I would shoot straight for conversions that might raise a little bit the cpm on your campaign but it's going to yield the best quality of traffic on the contrary if you choose something like a reach or traffic that could affect a little bit the conversion now there's a little caveat here when your audience is too small meaning you have a couple of hundred people on that retargeting window conversions might have a little bit of headache to actually push through and if you know that's exclusively a retargeting audience you can definitely switch that to reach and just push that retargeting message over and over and over to those same people who already have a high intention and will mostly convert so we've if it's a by default I would go for conversions if you're having issues because conversions is not pushing the budget it's not using the budget switch over the track to a traffic or a reach campaign and that way that budget will be pushed enough for that user to happen anyway I hope you find this helpful and remember that if you use Hopps you can actually request one-on-one help within our platform  https://app.hopps.io/session/create have a good one and take care.

How Do I Get More Viewers To My Live Event?

Hey there. Welcome to Hopps help where we try to answer questions in two minutes. The question for today is how do I create and get more viewers to my live event?
Great question. So we'll go ahead and start off on the page level. As you can see here to get here, go ahead and log into your Facebook that has the appropriate admin access to that page in question, and then go to this little flag or a pages icon, select your page.
You want to go ahead and do, and then you'll see a very similar screen to mine from here. You'll go ahead and select more and go to events.
So we'll go ahead and create an event by selecting create a new event. This will be a live event, so it'll be an online event or a Facebook live event, essentially.
So I'm gonna go ahead and fill this out and pause the video one second. Okay, great. So as you can see here, I filled out some of the information.
And so now I'm gonna go ahead and press next. So you'll go ahead and fill this out with your respective information for your, for your event.
So now it's Facebook live, so I'm going to select Facebook live. If it's a different link, like an outside domain, go ahead and select the external link, or if it's some other instructions like other, but this example we're doing Facebook live.
They'll tell you that, Hey, don't go live right now, obviously, but go ahead and we'll remind you to go live, and then here's some more of the information once you got it, select.
Got it. And then you'll select next. Next is just the design, which is very important actually, because you'll be promoting this event to make sure it looks good catchy and makes sense.
And it's clear what you're trying to convey. So from here, I'll go ahead and select a great event. Great. So once you create the event, you'll see the first thing that Facebook tells you is to boost your events.
So go ahead and select boost event to get here. Go ahead and follow the same instruction is that we have how we got to the page or sorry to the event, go ahead and go to your page level, go to more and then events and then select the events.
And then you'll see this screen, or actually, you'll see the edits stream, and then you'll select boost post or boost event.
And then that is where you'll see this, this screen right here. So for this example, I'm going to go ahead and say, this all looks good.
I'll create my audience by going through right here and then selecting my budget of course, and pretty much following it through this process.
And then once you're all set, go ahead and press boost, eat that now. And this will go ahead and give it a, probably, it may be a few hours to up to a day for it to get under review.

How Do I Get Around Facebook's Ad Ban?

Hi there. Welcome to Hopps help where we try to answer commonly asked questions in under two minutes. The question we're going to answer today is how do I get around Facebook's ad ban?
So to get around the Facebook ad ban, and this account is not banned. So it's going to be hard to show you, but there's going to be that big old red box at the top that everybody loves.
And it says your account is no longer active. You're going to have a section to submit feedback, and you're going to be able to actually say why you believe you shouldn't be banned.
Okay. Here's what I recommend to be very honest as to why you believe you got banned because what they're going to do is they're going to give you a message and they're going to say you affected this policy, okay?
This is the policy that you broke, and this is why you're banned. So read up on which policy it is, state your case, and then go to the advertising policies of Facebook.
You can Google Facebook ad policies and try to find the one in here that, that actually got you banned because it's going to be in here, right?
And you just have to do some digging and reading, and you can also do control F to look for certain keywords, right?
And maybe those are reasons why you were banned. So I highly recommend you submitting your feedback, reading which policy you may have broken, and then getting educated on the policy, right?
