So, there are two ways that you can do this. And I think the first one's going to be the simplest way to do it.
And it requires you to create a new ad. And then the second way we're going to talk about is how to edit your existing ad.
So, once you create an ad on Facebook, this is going to be the screen you see after choosing your objective.
So, you're going to hit the big green button. You're going to choose your objective, your campaign, objective, putting your name, and you'll be shown an ads screen, which looks similar to this.
Now the easiest way to do this is just to click on WhatsApp. That would be the easiest way to get your ad in front of people, into WhatsApp and link them to WhatsApp.
Now you could also go to your new ad and if you have a specific link, right, you're a website URL.
So, you could get your WhatsApp URL and put that into your website URL. I don't know what the policies for that are with Facebook.
So, it's just something you're going to have to test, or you can just edit your existing ad and click on WhatsApp and put in the information in there.

How Do I Create Funnels With Facebook Ads?

Hey there. Welcome to Hopps help where we answer commonly asked questions in two minutes. The question for today is how do I create funnels with Facebook ads?
Great question. And as you can see here, I've already built out the three campaigns I recommend doing within one funnel.
So, starting off, which is also the top of the funnel or TOF, I would recommend doing an engagement ad as this is a low CPA, low budget really needed for this kind of ad, because you're not throwing it out into a conversion ad, for example, or sorry, a conversion campaign, because that comes with a lot of high CPAs, for example, high bids.
So, traffic engagement, even brands awareness and reach, they all work as they were pretty much all a little bidding. So as your first top of the funnel or with a new audience or testing, I would recommend doing any one of these four, but of course, whatever you are doing, you've used an app and souls do work too.
I would avoid doing lead generation messages and any other conversion ones at this point. So, moving on to the middle of the funnel or MOF, I would recommend doing a retargeting campaign like this.
If you think about it from the customer perspective, they have already seen your ad, or they've already seen your content, they've already engaged the amount of hop in your website, excuse me, clicked on your ad and now they've already interacted.
So now we kind of have that data essentially on the backend to now where we'd be creating a remarketing or retargeting campaign.
So, what that would look like for this example is I would go ahead and go to asset number three, scroll down to an audience.
And so, for this ad set, I'm doing, I'm targeting everyone who has viewed content in the past 30 days and excluding everyone who has purchased in the past 30 days, right?
So now this one is for this ad set, I would go ahead and change it up for every other ad set that when I'm testing different audiences with different creatives now moving onto the last step, which is right here, which is at the bottom of the funnel or the conversion or the third step.
As you see here, I have one, two, three, all indicating park parts of the funnel. I'll go and show you.
So, this one is nothing special. Really? It's just a conversion campaign. Cause the only thing real about this campaign is that the creatives you're testing here and the ads you're testing have already been tested and it has already worked.
So essentially what you're doing is taking all the winning ones or all the ones that have responded well with the right message, the right creative image or whatever it is, just the ones that had given you the best ROI, throwing them into a conversion campaign with the right audiences that you've also tested and then going by creating it that way.
So that is a three-step or the three campaigns I recommend when doing funnel or do following a funnel strategy. So, I hope that helps it.

Okay, scroll down, scroll down. And you will see something that says detailed targeting. Now in detailed targeting, let's make this very simple.
In this example, we're talking about the real estate industry to go ahead and click here and type in real estate. Hey, look at that almost half a billion people interested in real estate.
So go ahead and click it. And it's really that easy, right? So it's an effective strategy. I know it seems silly.
I know it seems short, but it works right. And this stuff, there's no reason to over-complicate it. If you want to get somebody in the real estate industry to put real estate in their Badda Bing, Badda, boom, make sure your message is clear.
Make sure your whole, everything is congruent and it will be as effective as it possibly can be. Right? And there are so many other things, while we have some time in this video for this, there are so many different interests.

What Is An A/B Split And When Would I Use It?

Hey there, welcome to Hopps help where we try to answer commonly asked questions in two minutes the question for today is what is a b split and when would I use it so we go ahead and start off on the campaign level to make sure that it's enabled that CBO is disabled since that's a whole different strategy uh once you publish your campaign then you're able to actually make the split so the question is what is an av split test. So I have this image here that kind of breaks it down a little more visually where we have one a and then two is b here we'll go ahead and call these images the adds so as you can see we have the difference being the circles so this is what Facebook is testing for example on the split test so for example and a strategy I like to use uh when doing an a b split is I don't test anything more than once nor do I test any variations uh any more than one variation at a time so meaning if I were to make these my ads right as I have this ad for a and this ad for b and the only thing I change are the order of these that's the only thing I would change I would keep the video layout the same I’ll keep all the copy the same and maybe I’ll just change the variations of these three for whatever reason or maybe the copy of these just something small where to whereas if you look back on the campaign or the data you're not looking back at okay what worked okay and what did we change well we changed the headline here and the headline here and the image here but what was it that made it actually works now we know it's these three but what was it that was actually the winner so instead of falling to that problem I always do smaller like smaller changes and then if I had to create more ad sets more campaigns to test more variations that's what I would do. Does The Time I Launch A Campaign Affect The Delivery?

Hey there, welcome to Hopps help, where we try to answer questions in two minutes, the question for today is does the time I launch a campaign affect the delivery? great question, so I’m gonna go ahead and start off on the ad set level to kind of show you more visually what that looks like. So I’m gonna go ahead and scroll down to budget and schedule and as you can see here let's just say that all of what I’m doing here applies to the whole entire campaign so for this example let's say that I do launch this campaign at six a.m. So now what I’m essentially doing is giving this campaign the full entire day right from morning to six a.m. and on to collect the data to spend the budget adequately and efficiently right and to learn and get the data. I need whereas opposed if I were to run a different campaign at 6 00 pm right let's say it was 6 00 p.m on the same day on May 1st as you can already tell that me starting a campaign at 6 00 a.m and starting a campaign at 6 00 p.m is a 12-hour difference within a high engagement high traffic time which is all the day pretty much and so as opposed to doing it at 6 00 p.m and getting all that nighttime audience now depending on your business that might be what you are looking for but essentially for most businesses, uh it's safe to say that starting a campaign earlier in the day while you can get the most traffic and the most adequate spend throughout the day is what you're always looking for. So does it affect the campaign delivery yes based on the budget and the time that you want to give your campaign to actually run and perform for you. What To Do When The CPA Goes Down Day After Day?

Hi there. Welcome to Hopps help the question we're going to answer today is what do I do if my CPA, where my cost per result starts going up and up and up.
So, let's say you've been running an ad for a while now, and everything's been super good, but what happens at the adjust starts going to put, and it just starts performing not as well.
Well, the first thing you're going to want to do is just sit back and really think about your targeting. Think about your targeting.
Think about your creativity. Think about your message to your potential viewers, right? And your potential customers and clients. That's always going to be the star of everything, because the only reason why your ad is going to go up and cost you more is that something is changing, whether that is you're exhausting, your audience.
And you've just gone through your whole audience with JC. If you have millions of millions of people in your audience, it's going to take a very, very long time, but that is one thing that could affect your CPAs and make them go up.
Also refreshing your creativity is extremely important. So if you have an image and a video, try refreshing it and bringing something new to your audience, right?
And also, again, an experiment I don't know how many videos you guys have watched from hops, but we are very strong about experimenting with audiences and creatives and testing.
Testing, testing. Testing is extremely important for success with marketing. Once you make these changes, okay? Once those changes are made, you're to want to look at your cost per result, right?
Your cost per result is going to be your main factor as to if the ad that you're testing is working.
This is really all you need to look at because it's going to measure how much you're paying for a result.
And if it's not within your break-even point, well, then you need to make adjustments, right? And that's sort of Mo the simplest way.

How Do I Maintain A CAC Of $10 Per Customer?

Hi there. Welcome to Hopps help where we try to answer today is how do I maintain a cost per acquisition of $10 per customer?
Or how do I cap my cost per acquisition? So, there's only one way that you can do this inside of Facebook, but it is pretty effective.
And I've had clients use this before and have some pretty decent results. So, you're going to go out and create an ad like normal.
What's actually just go ahead and show you from the beginning. So, campaigns create, once you create your ad, it's going to go through the whole process of you setting up your ad.
Now the most important part of this is going to be under the new ad set section. If you scroll all the way down to optimization and delivery, okay, now go ahead and click on show more binge strategies.
Now you have a bid cap and you have a cost cap. So, the difference between cost cap is that cost cap is you're getting the most for your volume because you're allowing Facebook to spend up to a certain amount of money to the cost, to the caps out the bid is you're basically telling Facebook, okay, Facebook, I don't want to spend any more money on this particular bid.
Like I want to only spend a certain amount. So that's where the cost per acquisition part comes in. So, if you have an ad set up, you could do a bid cap and you could set your bid for $10, right?
So, you're basically saying you're not going to spend any more than $10 per customer to acquire a customer. You know that is how you would set it up.
Now, is it a hundred percent accurate? Does it work all the time? No, nothing does. It's not a perfect world, but it's something you can experiment with and see what happens.

How Do I Invite People To Like My Page From Business Manager?

So, the first thing you want to do is go to business.facebook.com. Go to your settings at the bottom, left with business settings, and click on pages.
Once you click on pages, you will see all of the pages that you currently have control over your own or permission from somebody else.
Click on the view page at the top, right? And it will take you to a page very similar to this now because I can't leak any personal information.
I am not able to scroll down and show you how to invite people to your page. But once you're on this section, I promise you, you will scroll down and there will be a section that says community, and it will say, invite friends, scroll down, click on the blue invite friends’ button, right?
And invite all of your friends will see a list of friends. You can invite, just check Mark their boxes and go ahead and do that and invite them.

How Do I Get Lead Notifications From Facebook Ads Without Using Zapier?

Hey there. Welcome to Hopps help where we answer questions in two minutes. Your question for today is how do I get lead notifications from Facebook ads without using Zapier or a third-party application or platform?
Great question. So actually it all starts in ads manager. As you can see here, that's exactly where we're at. Once you're here, go ahead and go to rules and create a new rule as this is what we have to do in order to get notified, for Lee coming in.
So the first thing we're going to go, go ahead and do is the name. So this example I'll go ahead and just test apply to all active campaigns like, like, or if he had them selected, for example, then you also select the ones that are selected.
The action is to go ahead and put, send notification only. So now the condition is where it gets kind of tricky.
So the condition will result is greater than, and then it's whatever number you have in the lead center, plus one, or if you're starting from scratch, it'll be zero.
So let me go ahead and go ahead and explain that again. Excuse me. So if you have a lead center and you already have 10 leads in there in order in order to get notified for that one.
Yeah. Additional lead coming in, has to be greater than a number, right? So greater than nine, it'll be 10, for example, whereas if you start from scratch in order to, in order to get notified, the number has to be greater than zero.
So now that means once I press to add and a lead comes in, now that number is greater than zero as this, what that trigger will be, or the action will be sent a notification to me.
I would want to go ahead and run this continuously, and then I can go ahead and add whoever else I want to them to get notified as well.

How Do I Best Analyze Campaign Numbers?

Hey there, welcome to Hopps help where we answer those questions in two minutes, the question for today is how to best analyze campaign numbers?
Now it all depends on what kind of campaign you're running and what goals and objectives you have in place before you run this.
So I'm not going to go over a few of them to hopefully kind of hit where, uh, you might, where you might be at.
So, this one is, is what I call my, my most basic KPIs or my testing KPIs, where you focus on reach impressions, link clicks, landing page views, content views, add to carts purchases, just pretty much following the whole entire funnel.
And, more likely than not. You'll see the funnel going down as you go, uh, further into it. Um, so this is, these are kind of like my main go-to points that I look for just as a basic route now to kind of go a little more depth.
I have my main KPIs for pretty much,  in e-commerce where I focus on purchases upfront, I go into impressions, frequency, and I kind of keep track of all of these numbers and these data points that way I can make sure that the customer journey is adequate and is performing well and kind of seeing where I'm getting these numbers from.
So, or for example, if I want to look at my purchases, I have a few different options. I have like my Facebook purchases and are my website purchases.
So I kind of go off both data points. But now if you're focusing more on a video campaign or you want to go ahead and do targeting based off like a video watch,  Facebook has a great default,  filter.
If you go to like your column section here on the right, you'll see video engagement. Now they have app engagement, cross-device, whatever you're looking for.
And of course, if you ever have to customize your columns, that you'll go down here to customize them, but for example, they do engagement.
Then I can go ahead and see us say, I ran a campaign with a video. I'm able to see the impressions and then how many people watched it up to a certain point, uh, click through it or not or plays the total amount of place or on the right.

Best Strategy To Use.

Hey there. Welcome to Hopps help where we answer commonly asked questions in two minutes. The question for today is what is the best strategy to use?
So this is a very open-ended question, but from a lot of my videos, if you guys watch them, I talk a lot about CPO as an e-commerce strategy, which is what I use a lot, but I kind of wanted to shift the focus to more, something more common, like,  a discount that you might, that you may have, or you may want to use, and you want it to reach out to your audience, for example, right?
So like what's the best strategy for trying to promote something like a discount or an incentive that you want, that you want to offer to your audience or to your pre-existing customers.
So what is the best strategy for that? Um, so there are multiple ways to answer this question, uh, but from my experience and what I get the best data from is, uh, for example, if I wanted to run this ad, I would have really two, two options I would pick from it would be a traffic ad and an engagement ad.
I would only pick a traffic ad if I'm actually sending them somewhere. So if I have a website that has the lead form I wanted to do or to put them through, or I wanted to send them to my website to hopefully learn more or something like that, then I would pick traffic,  for a sale or for like an incentive you want to offer.
I usually recommend doing the engagement method because this tells Facebook that it'll show your ad to people who they think will engage in both like,  engaging, most liking, sharing, commenting, you know, tagging people.
That is what Facebook will go ahead and send, send, or show your ad to, which is what I always feel is better based on the data that I've gotten, because people who are engaging with my stuff, or if that content will most likely convert, as opposed to just seeing it, clicking it and checking it out and then maybe leaving.
Right? So this gives me a better gauge of my audience, responding along with who is actually like my right audience.
So I can see if I test you. If audiences one audience is not performing so well based on the engagement I get, as opposed to running it to an audience that responds better.

Well, believe it or not, you can create as many ads as you want. Once you create an ad in the Facebook ad manager, it's going to look something like this.
And fortunately for you, you can just create another ad. So, there's no downtime creating ads, actually, it's beneficial, and this is a little more advanced, but I will just let you all know.
It's more beneficial to create lots of ads and test lots of things out. So that is why Facebook doesn't, you know, time this, and you can just create ads, create ads, same with ad sets.
You can create as many ad sets as you want, and like many creatives, as you want. And there's no limitation to that.

How Do I Create An Audience Of People To Whom The Brand Is Remotely Connected?

Hi there. Welcome to Hopps help the question we're going to answer today is how do I create an audience that is connected to my brand?
So, what is the best way to create an audience that is connected to my brand? Well, luckily for Facebook, we have something called the Facebook pixel.
Now, what is the Facebook pixel? The Facebook pixel is a string of numbers, which is these numbers here. It's called the ID that gets attached to your website or your lead capturing website, or any website application, anything that you want to track, right?
And it tracks page views leads it attracts purchases. It tracks all the events that happened on your website, right? And as this happens over time, you're naturally already building an audience for your brand.
So your brand is, is already, is basically being built. I would say passively once you have your pixel connected to your store, right?
Cause all the events that happen in your store are going to add to this pixel and we can use this data.
Okay. We can use this pixel data to make targeted ads towards the audience that's connected to our brand. Now the video would go on for too long.
If I was to show you how to set up a pixel, how to put it on your website. So the only thing I really want to show you real quickly is how you would make the ad attached to the pixel that you have.
So what you're going to do is go to business.facebook.com, click on that big green create button, go to the new campaign.
Okay. Once you create the campaign, you got a new campaign and go to the ad set. So fill out all the information and campaign and go to the ad set.
And here you can actually choose a conversion event. Now your pixel should be attached already to the ad. Once you create it, if not go ahead and attach your pixel to the ad, click down here.
And now you'll see all of the different steps on your website that you have, right? So these are all the Curt, the purchase, the leads, people that have scheduled for this to speak to you, that searched on your website and you can create conversion events.
I'm sorry. You can create ads that are like these conversion events in order to find more people that are like your brand, right?

How Do I Export The Excel Document Of My Custom Metrics Correctly?

Hey there, welcome to Hopps help where we answer commonly asked questions in two minutes. The question for today is how do I export the Excel document of my custom metrics correctly?
Great question. So we'll go and start off on the ads manager. And so what they're asking here is how do I X for all my call on this that I see here on my ads manager to XL spreadsheet is very simple.
So just make sure that you are displaying the correct columns that you want to export. So for example, if I were to go to columns here and I want to export the main KPIs that I've created, this is kind of like a quick overview of my columns that I've created.
Give me a good glimpse of what I've wet looks for. Right? And so let's say that this is filled with that.
And I want to export it. It's very simple. I'll go here to the right two reports. I'm going to go ahead and press export a table data, and then you'll see here, pop up, give me a few different options.
So if I export it as a CSV, I actually already did it and you'll see, it looks something like this, where it does export it by the column.
So I did match it up. So, these columns do match the ones I were, I was just demonstrating. And so it does a pretty good job of giving it to me exactly pretty much how I see it.
Another great tool Facebook does use for data reading at a quick clamps glimpse is going to reports and going to all for example and going to all levels, or I can even select a campaign, I'll do ad level, right?
And so now if I do this kind of gives me what I saw here at the, on a CSV sheet, but more interactive because I can do a much easier pier and sort by the columns.
I want the data that I want to look at much easier than going. Yeah. Exporting it, looking at exporting another one, looking at it and comparing, right.
It does it very easy for you. And it's very useful if you're looking at your data and make it easy for you to interact with.

Many Leads, Few Landings - How Do I Increase The Number Of Customers Landings?

Hey there. Welcome to Hopps help where we try to answers questions in two minutes, the question for today is how do I increase the number of customers landings now by landing? means conversions because he goes on to say, hi, we're running lead and messenger campaigns for a beauty client.
The cost per lead is low, which tells me, okay, they're probably running a lead generation campaign. And 20 to 25% of the leads agree to book an appointment so that it goes on to the next step in their funnel, right?
To get their information, book an appointment set. Number two once they're called by the customer representative, however, out of the 100 leads, only one to two customers end up landing the clinic, which landed the clinic is buying a service, I would assume which would be ultimately stepping three in this funnel.
So, it's a three-step funnel and I created a little, like a picture to kind of explain this whole process.
Right. And what I can give my 2 cents in. Right. So, the first step, which is the lead, the Facebook lead generation campaign, right?
So, let's say that we ran a campaign that we got 10 leads, or let's say that it's a hundred leads.
So that's a hundred percent, right? So, we, there, all those leads into the funnel, the next one is to go ahead and have them book an appointment.
So, however, their representative follows up with them is very important because that means they're only landing maybe a quarter of this a hundred percent.
So maybe let's put some time and effort into looking at improving that aspect. Right. And to see how she follows up or how they follow up.
And what they're saying, for example, now, from there, the set number three is a coconut version. So now looking at that factor and being okay, how can we improve that conversion?
So, I'm going to assume that they have to walk into the beauty salon to get the conversion, for example, I could be wrong, but however, that whole journey and customer experience is from the moment that they step into that door to being sold or them walking away.
Right. Because that percentage is super low. It's like about a 1% conversion rate. So, it kind of goes above and beyond Facebook marketing.
We have to think about it more from a marketing standpoint. Okay, what process are we following? And where's it not working?
Where can we improve? Because yes, you can improve your, your, your amount of lead you, you get in, but what good is it?
If you only converting 1%? So, let's try to not have the waterfall out of the bucket with no bottom, right?
Cause all going to be pulling leads is all going to be coming out. So, it was important to focus on your funnel and securing the ones that you already have in your funnel.
