So, there are two ways that you can do this. And I think the first one's going to be the simplest way to do it.

Now the easiest way to do this is just to click on WhatsApp. That would be the easiest way to get your ad in front of people, into WhatsApp and link them to WhatsApp.
Now you could also go to your new ad and if you have a specific link, right, you're a website URL.
So, you could get your WhatsApp URL and put that into your website URL. I don't know what the policies for that are with Facebook.
So, it's just something you're going to have to test, or you can just edit your existing ad and click on WhatsApp and put in the information in there.

How Do I Know How Long Is Enough Time To Conduct A Prospecting Campaign?

Hey there. Welcome to Hopps help we're going to answer commonly asked questions in two minutes. The question for today is how do I know how long is enough time to conduct a prospecting campaign?
So, in other words, how do I know when to turn off my prospecting or top-of-the-funnel campaign based on the data?
Right. So that's a great question. And I'm going to run by some other key performance indicators or KPIs. I call it that helps me kind of gauge the audience when I first tested it.
Right. So, I'm going to go ahead and scroll down. As you can see here, I start off with purchases, but I really want to focus my attention on the very first number right here at CPM of cost per 1000 impressions as this kind of gives me a good idea of the audience I'm bidding into.
So, for example, if I'm running a few different campaigns that are testing different audiences and each ad set is different, I can get an average CPM of the, of the, of my campaigns that I have, and then understand what audiences are more expensive than the others.
And then maybe try to manipulate my ads that way and vary them and see if that helps. But this number gives me a good idea of the audience I'm bidding into the next one, of course, is my CTR and my CPC, or in other words, click-through rate and cost per click because this CTR or costs or sorry click-through rate will give me a good idea of how my ads are doing essentially the image or the copy I have, because if my, if my CTR is high, I know that my headline or my primary texts or whatever it is, or that, that manipulation I have in that certain ad works because I know that it gives is giving me a high CTR.
Now it can be said about the opposite, right? If I know that this variety of ads has a low CTR, well, maybe it's my image.
Maybe it's a copy of, maybe it's not responding to this audience. Well, then I will look at the audience level and see, okay, well, is it responding overall to the audience based on the impression, is that the CTR on the ad level?
Right? So, all great things to keep in mind when, when running an engagement campaign. The biggest thing I also want to mention too, is that do not make any decisions as in turning off campaigns without looking and understanding the data first, because if you turn off a well-performing campaign based on a few numbers that you're looking at that, so it makes sense for maybe the last seven days or whatever it is, but overall doing good and you turn it off.
It can really drastically affect your, your business for example, or even your ad account. So, I'll go ahead and also follow along with the anomalies that go through the whole entire funnel, because people do go through the whole entire funnel and purchase something at the very end.
And those were always great too, that I would track every piece of data from the very beginning to the very end and make the decision based on the data alone.

How Do I View The Order ID In The Facebook Admin Reporting System?

Hi there. Welcome to Hopps help we try to answer commonly asked questions and under two minutes, the question we're going to answer today is how do I view the order ID and the Facebook admin reporting system?
So, once you've set up your e-commerce webpages through Facebook and Instagram, okay. Facebook offers, what's called the e-commerce manager. Now to get to your commerce manager, you can go to facebook.com/commerce manager, or just go to Google and type in Facebook commerce manager.
I don't have a commerce manager for this client, so I'm not able to go into the account and show you anything further until hops provide us with some sort of demo account that we can use with some demo products in it.
So, for now, I'm just going to explain that once you arrive at the commerce manager, okay, you're going to be able to view all the orders through this section.
Okay. So go to the commerce manager, you'll see a section that says manage order IDs. You'll be able to view all the order IDs inside of the panel.
And this is going to be like your admin panel. Okay. So, commerce manager is your admin panel for anything related to the e-commerce side of Facebook and Instagram.

Great question. So go ahead and start in your ads manager by logging into Facebook business.facebook.com and going to business tools and go into ads manager.
Once you're here, go ahead. And either one creates a new campaign or edit a new campaign as you'll see it as how I'm doing this.
So go ahead and go to your ad set level and scroll down to audiences. Right? So for this example, I'm going to go ahead and say that this business is targeting people who like soda, right?
So let's say I ran this ad set with these ads and it turned out to be really good and it was successful.
So now how do I take this soda, the soda audience, or people who like soda and find similar audiences who could also be successful?
Right. Well, it's super simple. So once you're here, go ahead and press suggestions and you'll see a lot of similar audiences that pop up like soft drinks, Pepsi Coca-Cola, and that works with pretty much almost any sort of interest.
So for example, if I were to do a spring cleaning, you can see here, if I press suggestions, a bunch of other similar audiences now, whether these are winning audiences or not, that depends on your content and your audience's response to your content.
Uh, but that's it, this is a really good tool and resource to use when looking for other similar audiences. Another way too is by pressing this little check box here, this pretty much tells Facebook that if I were to run this ad set, now that this is checked to go in and target people who like spring cleaning amongst people who like other things that are very similar to this audience.

What Specific Data Can An Advertiser See?

Great question. There's a lot of data that an advertiser can see. So, let's just try to pull up the data that you can see.
So go to settings, actually, I'm sorry. Go to business.facebook.com and go to your ad’s manager, which is on the home page.
And this is what it will look like. Go to columns off to the right are two columns. Click on that and click on customized columns.
Now, once it loads here, this is all the data that an advertiser for Facebook can see. Now you can click on any of these checkmarks.
You want to add them to your columns, and if you want to learn what the columns are, just put your cursor over it and read it so you can see them there.
It tells me attribution setting is at a refresh impression, right? And it will show you exactly what all of this information means.

So when you're on Facebook, so first of all, go to business.facebook.com, go to the top left, where it says business tools and click on ads manager.
Now, if you never ran an ad on Facebook, or if you've never selected this option at the top here before, then you're going to want to go ahead and look into this.
This says, does your business account focused on politics or in advocating for issues of national importance? We'll use this information to improve the quality of ads shown to people.
Now I highly recommend you clicking yes for this. Here's why they're going to configure your account so that you are primed for political, um, you know, political ads, right?
So they're going to show you more people that are focused on this matter. They're going to really optimize your account for this sort of niche, right?
So that will be a way of being on the Facebook side when it comes to politics, right? Another thing you can do, and we're going to look at it a little bit together is the policies now, why am I bringing you to the policies for the Facebook ads?
Because you know, so many people come to me and they have questions online about how to avoid getting banned from Facebook, or how do I not have, you know, violate their policies?
How about just read their policies, right? Because if something does happen and you do get in trouble with Facebook or, you know, quote-unquote, violate their policies, then you can use this as evidence that you clearly did not violate their policies, right?
So you need to make sure that you read the policies. Advertisers can run ads about social issues, elections or politics provided the advertiser compile or complies with all applicable laws.
Any authorization process required by Facebook was appropriate. Facebook may restrict issue electoral or political ads. In addition, certain contact related to elections may be prohibited in specific regions ahead of voting.
And you can read more information about this and anything else to do with politics. I highly advise you to read about this stuff because it will save you a ton of time.

How Do I Get Lead Notifications From Facebook Ads Without Using Zapier?

Hey there. Welcome to Hopps help where we answer questions in two minutes. Your question for today is how do I get lead notifications from Facebook ads without using Zapier or a third-party application or platform?
Great question. So actually it all starts in ads manager. As you can see here, that's exactly where we're at. Once you're here, go ahead and go to rules and create a new rule as this is what we have to do in order to get notified, for Lee coming in.
So the first thing we're going to go, go ahead and do is the name. So this example I'll go ahead and just test apply to all active campaigns like, like, or if he had them selected, for example, then you also select the ones that are selected.
The action is to go ahead and put, send notification only. So now the condition is where it gets kind of tricky.
So the condition will result is greater than, and then it's whatever number you have in the lead center, plus one, or if you're starting from scratch, it'll be zero.
So let me go ahead and go ahead and explain that again. Excuse me. So if you have a lead center and you already have 10 leads in there in order in order to get notified for that one.
Yeah. Additional lead coming in, has to be greater than a number, right? So greater than nine, it'll be 10, for example, whereas if you start from scratch in order to, in order to get notified, the number has to be greater than zero.
So now that means once I press to add and a lead comes in, now that number is greater than zero as this, what that trigger will be, or the action will be sent a notification to me.
I would want to go ahead and run this continuously, and then I can go ahead and add whoever else I want to them to get notified as well.

So the first thing you're going to want to do is to go to your campaign and go to the ad sets, ad set section, and scroll down to detailed targeting.
So in this section here, you're actually able to put as many interests as you would like. So for example, it's just trying like skateboarding right here, and then maybe like skateboard right here.
So this would be an interesting overlap, right? What you could do is you could just have skateboarding and one, and then you could just duplicate the campaign.
So you would, so let's, let's just see if we can do it right now so I can show you, so this is going to be skateboarding, right?
So let's go ahead and name this campaign Speed. Then that would be one campaign, right? Skateboarding duplicate, make a copy, right?
And name this one Skateboard, Right. Then go to your new ad set up. Do, do, do, do scroll down, and then just type in.
And that's it. I have one campaign for skateboard and one campaign for skateboarding and you could duplicate the campaign and do more so forth.

What Is The Price Difference Between Running A Lead Ad Campaign On Facebook And Running A Retargeted Campaign?

Hey there. Welcome to Hopps help where we try to answers questions in two minutes. The question for today is what is the price difference between running a lead ad campaign on Facebook and running a re-targeted campaign?
And then they go on to say, I was wondering, is there really a price difference between running a cold lead ads campaign on Facebook versus running a retargeted campaign?
So, to answer this question best I have my ad camp ad account pulled up, but I want to go in and start to say that this question has so many variables depending on it, because if I were to run a cold lead ad campaign, right.
So, let's just say that they're probably talking about a lead generation campaign, right? So that means I'm trying to collect information from people on Facebook to opt-in for whatever I'm doing.
It all depends on the market I bid into. So, some markets like let's hypothetically say that we have a law firm and we have a real estate market, right.
Two different markets. And this one, you know, is average higher to bid into than the real estate one is so it all depends on what you're bidding into and how much, of course, your budget is that will kind of give you.
So, it's really important that if you do a lead, a leads campaign or, and a retargeting campaign to watch your, your KPIs or your key performance indicators, because this will tell you if you're really bidding to the right one and what's working better or not.
So, let's just say I have two campaigns running. Let's just say that I have a test conversion campaign, this one, and then I'll just duplicate it real fast to go into a test conversion campaign to, okay, so we have one and two, right?
So, let's just say that, that, that this is my lead cold leads the campaign, and this is my re-targeted make it easy.
You're targeting. Okay. So, say I run them simultaneously and I have all this data, right. It's okay. So, let's just say that I go down the line and say that I have a store, for example, I'll compare purchases, but I would mostly compare the CPM during the process.
I would watch the CPM because this tells me if I'm bidding into an expensive market or not really expensive market, of course, it's other indicators too.
But, I really watch CPM to kind of give me a good gauge on what I'm trying to do. And then from there, I just kind of follow along the funnel and kind of compare it, but also really watch the data to make sure that if I have X amount of ads cards, but it only progressed to X amount of purchases on my retargeting versus my conversion was should the opposite.
Wasn't performed better at the end of the day, you know, compared to how much I spent. So, there are so many factors that come in.

Okay. So, the biggest part of this question is, is right at the beginning where they ask, how long should I run these campaigns?
Pretty much before I do an action as I turn it off. I turn it on. I make edits on the headlines or whatever the case may be.
How long should I, should I wait until I make these edits? So, the question should really be what data do I need before I can make those calls?
Like, what will the data tell me that will tell me which way to go? So, is this the edit? Is this edit the right one to make based on the data?
So for this example, I obviously haven't run any of these campaigns at four. So, I had no actual data to show, but I do want to point out some KPIs or some key performance indicators that I watch out for that.
Tell me when to make the adjustments. So, on the ad level, or I'm sorry, on the ad set level, I'll always watch the reach, the impressions.
I watched impressions more frequently as well, but the biggest one, I always reach out for CPM the cost per 1000 impressions.
So, this kind of gives you a good ballpark of the ballpark I'm playing. And I guess you can say, because if I'm getting into an audience that is too high and the cost per thousand impressions is above the average, for example, then I'm like, okay, well this tells me that this CPA, or this cost per acquisition, if I were to get a sale off of this or whatever the events maybe if I'm doing a lead generation, that's the CPA or the cost per acquisition might be able to higher due to the CPM being hired because the audience is a little bit more pricey too, to bid into.
So, I always watch out for that. And then of course I followed down the funnel, but who's clicking or who's, you know, w watching it, clicking it, and so on and so forth all the way down to purchase.
If you can see right here, boom, website leads or purchases. So, depending on the campaign and running from there on the ad level, I go to check, let's say that I have these three ads, and I can see one outperforming the other due to maybe the headline change or the campaign, or sorry, the contents is different or whatever the case may be.
I can go in and take that and scale it up or scale it down if it's not doing so well or vice versa.

Should I Stop Using Facebook Traffic Campaigns?

Now I don't have access to their actual ads manager, but I'm, I'm gonna go ahead and hit on why I don't use traffic campaigns and an alternative that I use that I get the same data, if not better data from this type of campaign.
So the reason why you would want to run a traffic campaign is that let's just say that you want to test out maybe an audience that you want to say, okay, I'm going to, maybe you're a local restaurant and you, and you want to test out your radius 10 miles out from your restaurant, and you want to send all this traffic,  to your website, maybe, right?
Think of it as pretty much during your, your line out there and is hoping what bites, nothing too specific. It will get you some good results, but not that you really want.
So what I always go for, if I'm testing new audiences or does testing really anything, I always like to go for the, uh, engagement side,  the PPE side,  because here kind of gives you a better idea of who's liking, who's kind of engaging, who's maybe sharing this stuff.
And that kind of gives me a better idea of the audience that does a little bit more than just sees it and clicks it and then gets a goes away, or continues on.
It kind of gives me okay, like who's engaging from the very first step and then how much stick after that, and then let's figure that out.

Hey, everybody. Welcome to Hopps help so the question we're going to try to answer today and under two minutes is how do I promote crowdfunding on Facebook ads without it being rejected?
So I'm going to show you two things that you could do based on doing some research here that I believe will work well for your business.
The first thing I want you all to look at is the fundraising option Facebook. So go to facebook.com/fundraiser. And once you go there, you're going to see this screenshot right here that I have on the screen.
Now I snipped it because there was some personal information on that page. And for the purpose of our hops videos, I can't show it, but go ahead, go to that page and click on this button that says, raise money for you, a friend, or a business.
And if you aren't doing it for a friend or a business, and it's for nonprofit, there will be another section for that as well.
Once you do that, however, you're going to see a section that says select the category. And in this section, you're just going to go ahead and select the category for your business and go ahead and set up a fundraising post.
Once you do that, you could actually run ads to that post and promote it on Facebook. That way another thing you could do, and I believe based off of an espresso, which is a huge, uh, digital marketing website.
I was doing some reading on there and it turns out that Kickstarter is allowed on Facebook ads. So try sending up in Kickstarter and having your Facebook ads link to your kitchen starter page.

Okay. So, for this example, let's just say that I had a lead generation campaign party already ran, and I was collecting data for a haircut, a salon, right.
For people who need a haircut. Let's say I got 10 leads, right? So now I want to go ahead and take that data and excuse me, and send out a mass text message.
Right. So, unfortunately right now, Facebook is not, does not offer the SMS ability to do that. So, it has to be a third party.
Now there are so many third-party applications out there. So, I can recommend you so many but there's one that I do like, and it does have a lot of features that come in handy.
But for this example, let's say, let's say that they had all this data and put it into here.
And they had a text message go out using this, this platform. And then also it does include email too, if you don't already have MailChimp or Klavio, for example.
So, this is a great way to do it, is take your data, throw it into here. And then you're able to create a workflow based on it as well, to where a trigger is, the input of the data, or something like that.
And then boom, they get this and then this trigger happens or this action happens and then boom, the sequence gets started.

How Do I Get Around Facebook's Ad Ban?

Hi there. Welcome to Hopps help where we try to answer commonly asked questions in under two minutes. The question we're going to answer today is how do I get around Facebook's ad ban?
So to get around the Facebook ad ban, and this account is not banned. So it's going to be hard to show you, but there's going to be that big old red box at the top that everybody loves.
And it says your account is no longer active. You're going to have a section to submit feedback, and you're going to be able to actually say why you believe you shouldn't be banned.
Okay. Here's what I recommend to be very honest as to why you believe you got banned because what they're going to do is they're going to give you a message and they're going to say you affected this policy, okay?
This is the policy that you broke, and this is why you're banned. So read up on which policy it is, state your case, and then go to the advertising policies of Facebook.
You can Google Facebook ad policies and try to find the one in here that, that actually got you banned because it's going to be in here, right?
And you just have to do some digging and reading, and you can also do control F to look for certain keywords, right?
And maybe those are reasons why you were banned. So I highly recommend you submitting your feedback, reading which policy you may have broken, and then getting educated on the policy, right?
